I wish I could say the same
Sadly I feel off the diet wagon in spectacular style lol. However, hopefully now Im back on track, dh and I joined a gym yesterday, just got back from playing squash and swimming, Im hoping exercising together will keep me motivated. Ive also started SW again today.

Sadly I feel off the diet wagon in spectacular style lol. However, hopefully now Im back on track, dh and I joined a gym yesterday, just got back from playing squash and swimming, Im hoping exercising together will keep me motivated. Ive also started SW again today.
As most of my housemates went home this weekend I ended up eating about 4/5 a day for 3 days in a row so its a miracle I actually lost this week. Although I am slightly concerned that I may suffer the consequences at next weeks weigh-in instead.
So Ive decided to cut out all rubbish this week in the hope of losing 2 or 3 lbs next week.
