LOL, I'd like to lose 2lbs by tomorrow's weigh-in, but knowing my luck I would starve myself all day and gain a pound :rotfl::rotfl:

I woke up too stupidly early this morning and have been starving ever since so eating scrambled eggs at the mo. Sounds OK but I never eat this early - just know I'm going to have the munchies ALL day. :sad2: All in all, great timing as it's my weigh-in tomorrow... :rolleyes:
 

I have missed checking in the last couple of weeks, as i have reached that point where I seem to just sts:headache: usually I give up at this point and end up going back to bad habits, I am determined not to do that this time though, so have decide to try and up my excersise a little bit and drink more water. I am also thinking of changing to WW as i am bored after years of SW so maybe a change will help ??

Fingers crossed for a loss next week even half a 1lb will do :wizard::wizard:

I blame the Hard Rock Cafe, oh and the Italian, mmm and the alcohol :scared1: oh well serves me right really

Just FYI M&S Count on Us meals are 3for2 at the moment:thumbsup2

I sometimes have these when the girls are out for tea and DH is working late/eating out - I am home alone tonight and have just had Braised beef in ale with mash, I did some green veg with it and it was lovely.
For those following WW these meals now have their points value on the back of the packet. Mine was 6.5 tonight:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Thanks Joanne that's good to know about the points. I sometimes have a meal like this when the rest of the family are having something I won't eat.

sorry to hear youre Maintaining, ive only been doing it for 1 year so not fed up with SW yet. what type of days do you do?
i always find red days are best for me, even if i do a green week i try to have a red day before weigh in :thumbsup2
have you tried EE? many have good losses on it. or what about sucess express?
Theres always the chance you could be losing inches, make sure you measure yourself often :)
sometimes the best thing to do is to go back to basics.
if all else fails then perhaps a change will do you good

Having done both SW and WW I have found that while SW is a very sensible plan and a great way of eating for everyday life, WW gave me a more regular and reliable weight loss week by week (when I followed it properly:))

I have STS too :( I think I need to change my diet as I've STS for a few weeks now, and this time last year I was about 5lbs lighter. I have started exercising again, so hopefully that will take affect soon

I'm sure a change would help, Rachel! :grouphug: I have to tweak my diet from time to time as my body/metabolism gets used to whatever regime I'm using. Good luck, hun...
