I'm restarting SW tomorrow, on the countdown to our holiday so got to do something![]()
me too, I have really go to get back on track now. so it's on the scales again tomorrow. I't so hard when the kids are off school, all i seem to do is eat![]()

My weigh in day is Friday so I went on this morning and I've lost 1ib since I last weighed last week
Great news, well done

I'm really excited because I've lost 2lbs and takes me just under my original target weight, BUT I've moved the goal posts and reset my weight on weightwatchers online and I want to lose another 2.5lbs so I'm not celebrating just yet

I weighed-in this morning and I am delighted to report that, despite indulging myself to the fullest in WDW and beyond, I have gained 3lbs - I'm very happy with that!!!
So back to the straight and narrow. My original target would have seen me aiming to lose 4lbs from this point but, after checking out my BMI & weight/height charts, I have decided to increase that to 8lbs. Better go and get ready for the gym then...![]()
Great achievement to have only put on 3lbs Karen - that'll be gone soon enough.
Hi everyone can anyone join in ? Have been trying to get motivated to lose weight for ages but with work & kids always to tired to get on with it but have been reading how well you are all doing & thought maybe this would be the way to go ! We also go in 5 mths so really want to be slimmer for this hol felt like a beach whale on last one infact would not even go in pool !! But got myself wii fit yesterday so could exercise while kids in bed !! And reading all your progress has got me motivated.Don't really look like a slim banana exercising at the moment more like a lovely round apple.

Well it's been weigh-in morning for me and there's another 1lb gone!And as my ankle is now fully on the mend, I shall be back at my classes too this week!
I've weighed and lost 1 and a half pounds. I'm happy with that![]()

I just posted on a thread about WW points in Orlando and included a link to a website that gives you the points values on food in a lot of the off site restaurants. It's actually scary when you realise just how many points are in some of the things I'd probably order. I thought it might be a good idea to post the link here (if it's not been posted already) for anyone who's off soon or who's planning on watching what they eat when they are over there

Well, I lost 2.5 lbs. Now I have to be extra good so I don't have to "fast" again next Tuesday afternoon.
(I think I'll try for an extra 1000 steps a day this week on my pedometer.)
