It's a cold and rainy day here, so I'm making chili. My granddaughter is making cornbread to go with.

We're having chicken salad sandwiches made out of the leftover chicken from last night & served on the yeast rolls we bought earlier this week. (I'm trying to use up everything I can, before we leave again.) We'll both have celery w/ blue cheese dressing on the side. DH will also have fries.
