So, I've been back to keep fit - and my ankle's not better after all :sad1: Very sore throughout so I took the low option. I'm now sat with it up and ice packed on it :sad2: Not a happy Dis'er tonight!
 
I've weighed and lost 1 and a half pounds. I'm happy with that :cool1:

...I have just spent the whole weekend eating out and totally lost control, I shall be living on lettuce for the rest of the week until weigh-in on Friday...

I did about 15miles of walking over the weekend and have the blisters to prove it. :headache: But hopefully that means that ill have a loss this week I had a sneaky peak this morning and the scales had shifted about 1/2 pound but not going to weight properly until Friday.

I just posted on a thread about WW points in Orlando and included a link to a website that gives you the points values on food in a lot of the off site restaurants. It's actually scary when you realise just how many points are in some of the things I'd probably order. I thought it might be a good idea to post the link here (if it's not been posted already) for anyone who's off soon or who's planning on watching what they eat when they are over there

I just posted on a thread about WW points in Orlando and included a link to a website that gives you the points values on food in a lot of the off site restaurants. It's actually scary when you realise just how many points are in some of the things I'd probably order. I thought it might be a good idea to post the link here (if it's not been posted already) for anyone who's off soon or who's planning on watching what they eat when they are over there

After last week's gain I had planned to be so good this week - shame it only lasted until the weekend. I'm fasting this afternoon (I had lunch at 1pm and weigh in at 7pm) in the hope that the scales will look a little better later on. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

...I am going to try and do a bit more exercise this week as I have been so lazy lately. :guilty:
Good luck, Claire - for me exercise is essential as I have to keep my metabolism up. My best tip is to strap on a pedo ;) and try to do 10,000 steps a day... :cool1:

Well, I lost 2.5 lbs. Now I have to be extra good so I don't have to "fast" again next Tuesday afternoon.

(I think I'll try for an extra 1000 steps a day this week on my pedometer.)
