thats just it Sue, haven't even been in the gym recently, no idea how I got the next two pounds off, but i'm not complaining, as long as it stays going in the right direction!
 
So, are you doing nothing else differently Carol - apart from the gym :confused3
 
no, Joh, no gym, no nothing at the mo, but am really adrenalised today so have booked a boxing session for tonight - lord help anyone who gets to spar with me, I will annihilate!

Well, I lost the 1lb I put on last week so a net ZILCH over 2 weeks! :sad1: I'm really disappointed - I thought last week was a blip and I would suddenly drop 3 or 4 this week. :confused3

sorry to hear that Deb :hug: it might be worth having a good look at your portion sizes....maybe they have crept up slightly ;) or your diet may not be varied enough so your body is getting used to it :confused3

I find I have to chop and change quite often in order to keep my body and metabolism guessing... :thumbsup2

I agree, I'm exactly the same. If I'm on a certain diet for too long, I seem to plateau quite quickly so I chop and change all the time. This way I seem to lose every week.

I gained 0.5lb this week. I'm feeling quite low at the moment and have been submitting to my chocolate cravings. I'm surprised I didn't gain any more to be honest.
