sorry to hear that Deb it might be worth having a good look at your portion sizes....maybe they have crept up slightly or your diet may not be varied enough so your body is getting used to it
I agree, I'm exactly the same. If I'm on a certain diet for too long, I seem to plateau quite quickly so I chop and change all the time. This way I seem to lose every week.

I gained 0.5lb this week. I'm feeling quite low at the moment and have been submitting to my chocolate cravings. I'm surprised I didn't gain any more to be honest.
