Dining Plan Procedure

When on the Dining Plan and using it at CS or Snack Cart...do you just "announce" first thing that you are on the plan so they'll know how to ring it up and let you know what may not be included???

It seems that way. I had a few times where I didn't tell them until they rang it up and they seem put out, but did get it on the card OK.

Our card also had the words "Disney Dining Plan" on it. Most of the time they would ask, but there was one time paid for the water when I thought they took it off the Snack. I usually just said, "Can I have a "fill-in-the-blank" off the dining plan "snack" please.

Simple as that.
