Dining Hours

Can someone tell me what the dining hours are for the sit down restaurants in the parks or resorts? When do they start & end lunch, as well as start & end dinner? I know most are not open all day, but rather certain hours for lunch and certain hours for dinner. I'd like to make a PS at 50's, but want to dine (depending on when Fantasmic is showing), either late afternoon or early evening to give enough time to enjoy my meal and get to Fantasmic in time to get a good seat. I'm also thinking of a dinner prior to Wishes & Spectro at the Magic Kingdom, as well as other places.

Different restaurants have different hours. One of the guide books lists the hours. I think it's in the Unofficial Guide to WDW. Lunch seems to go from around 11:30 or 12 until 2:30 or 3 p.m. Dinner usually starts at 5 p.m. Some restaurants are open at 4 or 4:30. I think that's for dinner.
