Difference between BW Studio & Regular Room?

Besides the added kitchen facilities in the studio, what are the main differences between a BWV studio and a BWI room? According to AllEarsNet the Studio is 359 sq. feet and the room is 390 sq. feet. I think I'll lean toward the regular room if that is the case since I think I'd prefer the space over the kitchen facilities.

Anything else I should consider? Thanks!

I own DVC and I've stayed in the studio, but I have never stayed at the Inn.
The way the studio is set up, the 'kitchenette' is across from the bathroom vanity/dressing area. I'd imagine that this same area in the inn might be given over to a hall closet IF the layout of the rooms are the same. The extra sq. ft. might be then used to lenghten the 'main' area, which in a studio has a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa and table and chairs. Perhaps the hotel room has 2 queens instead of the sleeper sofa.

If they rent at the same price, then the advantage (besides 2 beds) would be that the Inn is closer to walking to Epcot. Not sure if the furnishings might be more 'delux' in the inn.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Surely someone has actually stayed in the Inn side in a regular hotel room????

The rooms at the Inn are more like a "beach-y" bed and breakfast place, with quaint iron bedposts and mismatched patterns for the curtains, rugs and bedspread.

In the Villas, it's a little less whimsical, but just as bright and sunny.

The Villas are closer to the clown pool, the gym and Disney/MGM -- but are part of a complex with one very long hallway, and only one set of elevators.

The BWI rooms to me actually felt smaller because of the two beds, while in the studio you have the sofa (so at least when it is not open, you appear to have a bit extra floor space). We enjoyed both.

of course this is probably the dedicated studio - it is bigger - but there are only a few of these - they are called pluses....
