DHS to DTD

Since I'm not crazy about any of the dining choices at DHS, I was thinking about taking a break on our day there and having dinner at the Wolfgang Puck Express (I think that's the name) in Downtown Disney. We will be driving to DHS, but since we will be going right back there after dinner, I'm wondering if it would be best to drive or take a bus. Is there a direct bus from DHS to DTS? If so, how many stops does it make in DTD? I know the restaurant we want is in the marketplace, approximately how far would we have to walk from the closest bus stop? Trying to figure out which would be generally be the quickest, factoring in things like finding our parking place in DHS vs. waiting for the bus, etc.

Since you will have your car when going to Hollywood Studios I would highly recommend driving it to Downtown Disney because there are no direct buses from any of the 4 parks when going there. The only way to use WDW transportation is taking a bus or walking to the resorts close to Hollywood Studios and using their various transportation options to Dowtown Disney.

You may also want to check out the many dining options at the Epcot resorts. Threre are many nice places to eat at the Beach Club, Yacht Club, Boardwalk (nearby, not in the resort) and the Swan and Dolphin.

You can either walk to this area from the Studios or take the Friendship boats. Either way it only takes about ten minutes, although if you just miss a boat this will add to your time. We like the walk which is great in nice weather.

It would a lot easier than either taking the buses or driving to DTD and trying to find a parking spot.
