If you had to pick between Mama Melrose or Hollywood and Vine which would you pick?

Does Brown Derby take one credit or two if you are doing Fantasmic- without appetizer- maybe it is different?

If you werent' doing Fantasmic package- where woudl you eat for a ts dinner at DHS?

Also- what would your top two choices be for counter service while at DHS?

Between Mama Melrose and Hollywood and Vine - Mama Melrose no question! The pasta is fine, but the steak Gorgonzola is amazing!

Brown Derby is two credits, whether for the Fantasmic Dining Package or not.

If I weren't doing the Fantasmic Dining Package I'd want dinner at Mama Melrose and lunch at 50's Prime Time. (I feel the food is OK at 50's, but sandwiches would be fine and the interaction is Fantastic!)

We have to eat at Hollywood & Vine every time we go. We love the buffet. We liked Mama Melrose, but it just wasn't our favorite. For CS, our favorite is Pizza Planet. Enjoy your trip!

We would choose Mama Melrose without a doubt. We do not like Hollywood & Vine at all--the service was terrible, the food (what there was of it that hadn't run out) was mediocre at best and the place was filthy. We dine at Mama Melrose every year. We don't like any of the CS's at Hollywood Studios and try to avoid if we can. If we must, we go to Backlot Express (can't eat pizza at Disney since we come from Chicago who has some of the best pizza in the country). We will probably do Mama Melrose with the Fantasmic package this year and then go to 50's Prime Time because we have friends joining us who have never been.
