I really have no idea but I just googled him and it says he is returning as a different character so I guess my thought on him being a ghost is wrong.

I think they just didn't have enough time to come up with a different reason for why Maxie would be away from Port Charles/Deception for a few months. They already had her traveling for a few weeks to cover for her initial absence. They couldn't just have her traveling for the next few months -- especially with the holidays coming up. How would they explain that she wasn't home with her family for Thanksgiving and Christmas? This was the easiest and quickest storyline to explain a lengthy absence for the character. It doesn't really bother me -- I assumed a few weeks ago that this is how they would handle it. We already know she'll come out of the coma as soon as Kirsten Storms is able to return to filming, so there was no stress in watching her scenes the last 2 days. It would have been nice to have some other creative storyline, but this isn't a surprise. I would be ok with Nicole Paggi playing the role the entire time Kirsten is away, but that's obviously not happening.

Kirsten Storms had posted that she would be moving to Kentucky, I believe, and would take months off at a time, but that the show runners agreed to this and they would just use a recast while she is away, so I'm surprised they would put Maxie in a coma when it seemed they had an actress lined up to fill in for Kirsten Storms here and there.

Keep in mind they film 6-8 (or more) weeks in advance, so even though she announced the move a in July, it didn't necessarily give the writers a lot of time to come up with a different storyline. They did have the other Maxie on a few shows and of course Kirstin came back to film a few shows. I think the coma storyline creates a parallel for Lulu and maybe will help her see what it was like for everyone to deal with everyday life while she was in a coma. Maybe it will cause her to chill out a bit as she sees things from the other side of the coma. The more I think about it, the more I think the writers purposely chose the coma storyline and it wasn't just an easy way to deal with Maxie's absence...it opens up other storyline possibilities.

Today was good with Ava Kristina and Alexis lol. What did Rick have in his mouth ? Thr looked like skme

It was very funny with Ava, Alexis and Molly deciding how to handle Rick, but not sure how they will get away with this, unless they can find something really bad about Ric they he won't press charges against them.

My guess is someone kills drew and sets up a mystery as to who did it… the real Drew is in another prison and will finally break out ( again )

He will be totally innocent of all these wrong doings and becomes everybody’s hero again.

Great show today...that ending was a total surprise!

Yes, someone will kill "Drew" as I thought last month, but now they've added so many more suspects!
And I do agree that it's either not him or he's been programmed somehow, just totally not the same character at all! Lol

Up until yesterday, it hadn't occurred to me that robot Drew could get killed (which really seams like it's going to happen) and then we'll find out that real Drew is being held captive somewhere. That would explain the actors comments that he's not leaving the show.

Spesking of jazz hands McGee : didn’t Portia have his medical file on her desk at one time? I wondered wha tir showed and how was she going to use it against him and the. It seems like she just put it away somewhere? I wonder if later that will help expose if he isn’t really Drew?
