Delicious Bites, Halloween Frights & Character Delights. NEW PTR HAS BEGUN!

That's a great picture of you and Marc. I really like that blouse. What makes it really nice is you can change it up with different colored camis whenever you get bored.

Can't wait to see hair pix. I'm currently in a hair rut, lookin' for a change. Probably shorter.

Yeah for Disney math (and a friend that will do it for you!). Sounds like a good plan and the TiW card will save you some bucks it looks like. It will be nice to have the freedom to order just an appetizer or order a meal.

Love the cute shirt, it will look cute with capris and take care of your feet, so if it has to be sneakers, it is okay!

Good math on the food, that does help when you figure it out before like you have.

Riverside--- I love it! I think even with DVC we will stay there sometime (don't tell DH this). When I took the Disney resort quiz on FB that is the one I came up as my best resort. It is so pretty and peaceful, love the food court, pool area and the boat to DTD!

You guys are great comic relief for stress. If nothing else the trip would be worth it for the entertainment. I cannot wait for your trip reports. I thinks you should do this again in 2010. :rolleyes1
Hehehe. I am glad that we can give you comic relief!

Whoa. Speak for yourself. Video could salt my game. ;)

Drafting non-disclosure forms as we speak... :rolleyes1

;)
:lmao: to the non-disclosure forms! :rotfl:

I really like that top and think you will look really cute with capris. I like that the CS plan has 2 snacks. We did deluxe last trip and while it was too much I did like that it had 2 snacks instead of 1 and I liked getting the mugs. I just like getting stuff. :rotfl::rotfl:

Sounds like a pretty good deal for food for a weeks worth of eating. :thumbsup2
I'm pretty excited for the 2 snacks too. I can eat least 2 cram cheese pretzels a day. :rolleyes1

I love the new top! I am also looking forward to the new hairstyle. I am trying to decide if I am going to grow mine out for October or cut it short again.

Hurray for getting your dining all set. Figuring out the whole food and drinks budget is giving me a massive headache -- we aren't going to do the dining plan since we plan on doing so much eating at the F&W booths.

Try and get a late flight out on Friday, please! :thumbsup2
I am so sick of my hair. I can't believe it looked so frizzy that day. *BLECH*
I think the CS Credits and the Snack Credits will come in verrrrry handy on this trip. I am very pleased with my decision.
I am hoping to take the 6PM flight so that has me leaving Disney on Magical Express around 3ish. Plenty of time to get henna'd!

YAY for Disney math!! I always have fun doing those calculations for ya!!!! I think you have a great plan!!

I can't wait to hear about the new hair and see a picture of it!!

I'm definitely going to take a picture from January and have my hair done like that again! I'm going to get it cut a little shorter soon and then do the big to do closer to time to go!!

Love the blouse..you and Marc look fabulous!! Definitely should be a Disney outfit!
I love that you like doing those calculations. I don't have the patience for them. :rotfl:

I'm glad you all like the Disney outfit, I wasn't feeling sure about it but with the reassurance it will be packed! :thumbsup2

Hair rut is a good way to put it! That is me too. I loved the freedom of ordering what I wanted last trip. I mean, the dining plan is a great savings but I also like the freedom. :lmao:

Oh, and I was going to ask if you have considered some of the new Crocs? I saw these in brookelizabeth's TR and they look so cute. I think they would look good w/capris.

I actually have those! I have a pair that I sometimes wear to work and while they are VERY comfy, it wasn't great for my heel so I had to get a new pair of shoes that are more supportive. :thumbsup2

Exactly, I will just wear the sneakers because they will be better on my feet.

For some reason I have a pull to Riverside. I'm so glad that I get to check it out, I think I will love it. And of course I have to try to ride the boat, I love those Disney boats!

What a cute anniversary pic of the happy couple! :lovestruc I love that shirt! There's something about HBD that makes you feel like you should be glamorous, isn't there?

I can't wait!! :yay:

It's a cute little blouse. What you can't see in the picture is the black ribbon that ties around my waist. I wore a black tank under it. I think I want to wear this on my Hollywood Studios day with capris. I am sure I will look goofy with my sneakers but I might bring my black and white croc flip flops to change into for our Hollywood Brown Derby dinner so I look more glamorous.

Very pretty and feminine.... you can't go wrong with a classic black and white outfit!

Glad you're set with your QS dining plan... sounds like the perfect choice! :thumbsup2

Super cute outfit!:cutie: It sounds like you have a great plan for your meals. I am excited to see what bag you decide to take.

Your shirt is adorable, very feminine and I'm sure quite glam with the belt.:)

I can't wait to hear how the QSDP works for you. I agree, 2 snacks/day would be awesome.

I'm really excited about the snacks, especially since it will be Food & Wine Festival!

I have a few things to share with you all!

I went shopping today with Marc, trying to find some chairs for our balcony. No luck. But I made a few trip purchases.

I am going all out with my blister prevention/treatment products! I bought the little ace bandages at the dollar store. I thought they might be good if I do indeed get blisters to have more protection.

I also bought some special blister bandages that help treat them from Target. This is what the look like close up.

I picked up the Bandaid Friction Block stick too.

I am quite excited about the lens cleaning cloths I picked up at the dollar store too. There are two in that package and it has a nice durable plastic carrying case too. I never have anything to carry them in, it even flips open. I hate smudged glasses and camera lens!

Since I had my camera out I took a few more trip related photos.

My phone that I purchased for enhanced Twitter updates while in Disney, I have even figured out how to text pictures too. So if you followed me on my last trip I will now have pictures to share when I am down there. (Disney wasn't the only reason I purchased this, I have a texting addiction)

Here is my Twitter link if you care to follow along. I also link them to my Facebook page so if you would like to follow along that way, you can PM me and I'll add you. :thumbsup2

I've ordered two sets of pins from Ebay in the last few weeks.

This one is to keep, I love The Sword in the Stone!

These ones I bought to trade....I got some good ones. I might have to buy some more....:rolleyes1

The mixed lot was 12 pins for $18 with shipping. I didn't think that was too bad. I'm really excited to trade pins again. I was able to find some good ones in May. It's like a big scavenger hunt!

I know you have all been anticipating my park bag choice...well it changed today. :rolleyes1

Last trip I took the Vera Bradley Mail Bag.

Now....I liked it a lot. It made my shoulder a little sore at times because I had a lot of stuff in it but nothing I couldn't handle. What was different about this trip was that Jen had a backpack. I call it her magic backpack! She had everything you could possibly need in that thing and I loved having the ability to bring more to the parks. I decided that I should try a backpack next trip.

When I got home and told Marc he was thrilled with himself because he has been telling me that all along. Marc has a EMS backpack which is great, a little manly since it is blue but I was planning on bring that and my mailbag. I figure the mailbag will be good on nights when I don't have as much or for MNSSHP when I don't want to be weighed down as much. Marc was going to get a new bag for his music equipment and I was going to adopt his backpack.

Well today we went to the Sports Authority in the search of socks (still looking by the way) and they had a bunch of Jansport backpacks on display which happened to be on sale. I tried on a few and fell in love with this one.

You can't really tell but it's a really dark purple. It's quite cute. It was on sale for $29.97. I batted my eyelashes at Marc and he said you might as well get it. :rolleyes1 WOO HOO!

We took it up to the register and it rang up as $24.97! It was meant to be. LL has a new bag! You all got your wish! I still plan to do the backpack/mailbag rotation. I think that will be the best thing for me. I put a bunch of stuff in the backpack from our shopping trip today and wore it to walk up the 3 flights of stairs to our apartment. I couldn't get over how great it felt on my back and how much easier it was to carry the weight that way. Again, Marc is thrilled that he's been saying this for over a year now.

I love your Sword in the Stone pins! I need to start looking for some traders for my very, very, distant trip in December..... maybe that will make me feel better since I'm missing out on the fall fun.:goodvibes

You did really good on your bag purchase! I think you will be able to get everything you need in that one and it will be comfortable to carry as well! Plus it's super cute, I think that design is very cool!

It looks like you are prepared for the feet, you had a very productive day!

You seem to have the blister care covered! :) I love that friction block stick, worked so well for me when we were in PA.

LOVE the new backpack. We bring a backpack with us to the parks and stuff all our baby items in it. It is really great and doesn't seem to bother me as much as a cross-body bag.

Ooooo, I love that backpack! Jansport has some cute patterns out there nowadays. I think you'll do great with it!

I used those same Target blister band-aids. I didn't actually get a blister from my shoes but got eaten alive by bugs one of the first nights (yes, I'm afraid there are mosquitoes at Disney) and my sandal strap rubbed right on one of the bites. The blister things worked great and they are flesh colored so you can't even see them! One warning though-they are SUPER sticky so getting them off can be, ahem, *interesting* sometimes. :rotfl:

I love those blister blocks LL. I have Bandaid brand ones... but I'm down to my last one...me thinks I'll get the Target ones before September... maybe 2 packs... so I can leave one down there in my purple locker:thumbsup2

Are you going to trade the Fireman Mickey Pin???? If you are... trade it with me *bats eyelashes* I get Tom all the fire ones and i haven't found that one;)

I'm thinking about a vera mailbag for this trip too. I like that you liked it. A backpack is great... but I hate the unavailablity of my camera with a backpack... so I want something else. The again my bucket tote worked fine for me the last time too... and the bigger the bag...the more stuff I'm compelled to lug around with me:lmao:

Paula

OOOH....I love the backpack...now I think I want a new one that has pretty designs on it...see what PTRs do to me...of course I need new shoes too LOL~~

If you are in the pin trading business...ummm I will trade you for the Princess Aurora one :rotfl: I don't have one of her yet LOL!!!!!!

Glad you got the bandaid stuffs...I too have been buying bandaids and blizter prevention. Haven't bought the bandaid cushions yet but the ones at Target look very nice so maybe I'll need to take a trip in that direction soon. That is where I got my backpack LOL!!

Hmmm I didn't think about the whole bringing a smaller bag for MNSSHP...hmmm I don't know if my hipster will work...I might just have to cave and look at the mail bag cuz the cargo sling almost seems to big LOL...

Look what your PTR has done to me...first I bought clothes and now this LOL

You are an enabler!

I love Disney shopping!! :yay::woohoo: Well, I'd say that you are on top of the blister prevention patrol! :thumbsup2 Good for you. We don't want a repeat. :sad2:

Your pins are cute. That's one of the few Disney addictions that hasn't claimed me yet... although I can feel myself weakening when I see cute ones. Whatever happened to your pin board you made? It was originally for the bathroom but I think you decided the humidity might hurt it?

Cute backpack. Huh, Marc knew what he was talking about. Who knew? :confused3 I think I'm sticking with Vera this trip. I think.
