Decorating your resort room?

I would like to make a Mickey head and have other Diser sign it to see how many screen name I can get. But my question is this what kind of pen or pencial should I use? I would hate to have sombody use the pen for something its not for. Or would you just say sign your Dis Name and hope that he or she has a pen on them. This is the safest way I see to do this. I just dont want to come back to a sign with bad words od the wall all marked up. what do you think???

I made a mickey head for the door of our resort room today out of posterboard and laminated it at school. I have attached a VisVis pen for people to write with. The good thing about a VisVis pen is if someone writes something inappropriate you can take a wet cloth or baby wipe and take it off! The downside to using it is the weather-if it if rains it will wash off. I plan on taking a digital picture each day and erasing it at night so people can start all over the next day. Hope this helps!

I still want to know how people adhere things to the windows-I hate to use scotch tape, but I don't want it to show a lot either!!! Help!!!!

Iuse tapeon the windows qas it comes off easily but not on the doors ,as it can leave marks !! I also use suction hooks for the lights !!

Okay.. As you can see from my sig, we still have 8 months to go, lol. BUT............. I happened to be in the $$ store yesterday and they happened to have some clings, lol. I got princesses and pooh. Then I got some wall decorations too, those also have princesses!

Also HD MH! I got just a few colors and figure I have time to go back again! LOL

So, we are going to WDW over my birthday in Sept. I am going to decorate my window at Pop Century this time. My girlfriend is calling the cake hotline and getting a huge cake for our dinner reservations that night. Since there is only 3 of us going, I am going to ask the waiter to bring as many plates as he can and pass around cake to everyone in the restuarant for a big party. I want to make a memory for someone else.
I know that people will go home and say they were having dinner and some girl had this party and passed cake to EVERYONE!!!

Last year we used snowflakes and posters inside the door. We were at POP and the room windows are flat solid glass without separate pains so a large window wreath or decoration would work without there being a pane in the way. I think same windows at ALL STARS. I then found a child in the lobby checking in and passed this happy along. Will repeat this year.

I have enjoyed reading all the ideas on this thread. We just got back from a Star Wars Weekend trip and here is our window from POP.

I didn't see any other decorated windows. It was so nice to see ours each day when we cam "home".

Where did you get those larger mickey heads, are they clings? I gotta hurry up and decide how I'm gonna decorate my window at Pop. So many decisions and my brain won't work.

Our trip is in Aug 2009 and I am going to have to looking in to decorations. I love this idea and I think the kids will get a kick out of it.

They are clings. I got the cling film at Michael's and cut the large Mickeys using a cookie cutter and the smaller ones from a home depot mickey head.
