December Closings and Dues

I am set to close on a Poly resale contract. It’s passed ROFR and are now just waiting on the estoppel before we close. I would expect to close by the end of November or first few days of December. As part of the agreement I’m responsible for the 2021 dues. Does this mean we can’t close until after the December 10th meeting when the 2021 dues are finalized or would I just pay the estimated dues and then potentially have an adjustment after the fact?

No, you can close at any time. I know at some point in December require the buyer to pay 2021 dues at closing...I think December 15th?

The dues proposed would be paid and if they were adjusted at the meeting..never have...you would pay in January.
