count us in, i think we should stay away form seafood because of the children. Something simple, even if it were dennys it does not matter, just a place to get to know each other, the kids can meet etc... ok this is childish, but other kids will be so jealous because our kids will have their friends with them already-lol

we can do the bands who wants to organize them?

Ok! I'll start researching places that are close and see if they have websites and as it starts to get closer we can all decide! We are fine with anything, our daughter is a garbage disposal!! he he This cruise is going to be perfect for her!!

i was about to post, and i am saying who the hell are these people :rotfl: i was in the 12/16/06 thread.

I am so excited guys.

can someone give me some info on atlantis, i was going to do the escursion for atlantis, is renting a day room better, how long are we there?

I booked a room on property. I did some homework and figured out it is only $15 difference to get a room at Atlantis over Comfort Suites and Atlantis allows 5 in a room in certain rooms (which suited us better). Basically from what I understand by renting a room you get a wristband that allows full access to all of the water slides, pools, beach, museum, aquarium, etc. I looked at the excursions, and this is about the same price as taking everyone snorkeling but we get alot more included. The excursion to Atlantis doesn't give you access to the pools, slides and such. Basically it is a tour of the aquarium and hotel without use of the facilities. Staying at Comfort Suites you get the same wristbands and access, the only difference is that the hotel is located across the parking lot from all of the slides & everything. I figured it was worth the extra $15 to be closer. also Atlantis' cancellation policy was shorter than CS-so if the weather is bad we can cancel closer to the day.
I hope this helps! Andrea

I almost bought the Hawaiin print stuff too! Now, that would have been funny :lmao:

My DH would freak out if I talked him into wearing it then another family shows up dressed the same (and a family we know to boot!)

My daughter will be turning 5 on Dec 10 and she would love to have friends on the cruise!! This is going to be so much fun!! :cool1:

We can look into a place for dinner on the 9th for anyone who is going to be there. You just have to let me know what everyone can/cannot eat (such as if I should stay away from seafood because of serious allergies!!) and we can start looking up places.

We live here in Florida and can easily call AAA and such for reccomendations. Unless someone lives closer and has knowledge of good places to eat? As we get closer we can get a head count and make reservations so the place doesn't have a cow!! he he he  <----when they see the masses coming!! :rotfl:

My DS will be 5 on the cruise and since he has 3 sisters I'm sure he will get along great with your DD. This is so cool!

We will be at WDW until the morning of the 10th so we won't be able to make it for the group dinner. But I'd love to meet up at the sailing party or something.

I was just thinking, wouldn't it be cool if we were all seated together or near each other at dinners? Am I taking this too far-do they have tables for 25+?
:jumping1: :jumping1: :jumping1: :jumping1: :jumping1: (our dinner table with all of the kids!)

We are doing late seating-being from the west coast I figured the kids won't be hungry that early and it gives us some extra time to relax so we aren't rushed getting ready. (OK really- early seating was filled and I'm trying to convince myself that it will be OK!) :rotfl:

WE're early seating. We normally eat dinner about 5:30, so late would have been tough on everybody.

Neal

I booked a room for the night-it was $230 and I can cancel up to 48 hrs in advance. It just seemed like a better option than having to remember to call the night before or hoping they have availability. ($30 wasn't a big deal to me)

How do you get to the port cam?

Also, we're late seating. I've put in a request to see if we can get a table on our own, because it would be a bit uncomfortable to share, though, I'd rather share with a lot of people than be at a table for 4 with two other people. THAT would be even more uncomfortable.

We are early seating, but part of our group is late seating. They are going to try to switch to early seating when they board.

Anyone leaving the kids in the clubs one night and going to Palo? We are planning on it, but it is such a gamble to guess what night is the repeat dinner night :-(

what hours are the pools open on the ship anyone know? :Pinkbounc

As the ship is leaving
