What’s for Dinner Tonight?

We weren't here to celebrate DS's birthday, so we're celebrating tonight. I'm making his favorite dish (shrimp and grits) & yeast rolls. Dessert is birthday cake.

Bonus daughter #2 needed a few things so I picked her up at UConn and we ran some errands. She requested mac and cheese so I made that with salad and crusty bread. DH is driving her back to college with a bunch of stuff

I just cleaned up and I’m going to enjoy a quiet night.

We were supposed to go to Summerhouse on the Lake for dinner but Disney Springs was crazy crowded today. We had D-Luxe Burger for lunch but didn't feel like sticking around until dinner so we went back to our hotel at Flamingo Crossings, watched the NASCAR race and got Cobb salads at Ellie Lou's Brews & BBQ. They were quite good!
