We are early seating, but part of our group is late seating. They are going to try to switch to early seating when they board.

Anyone leaving the kids in the clubs one night and going to Palo? We are planning on it, but it is such a gamble to guess what night is the repeat dinner night :-(

We would like to do palo one night or if they offer the brunch we would rather do that!! Your right it is a gamble cause we do not want to miss a meal...oops I mean thing!! he he he

link to cam,

i am not sure if we are doing palo or not, what is so special about Palo?

We have late seating, i asked for a table for 6 when i made the res.

We have early seating. It is a dinner club that usually has the best cut of meat or lobster/fish that isn't on the regular menu. Most cruise lines has a supper club like palo. We have been to one each time we have cruised and the food is fabulous. They show you the meat you picked, there is special appetizers and desserts. The food is great and it makes for a very nice evening.

We are early seating, and would like to do Palo, but not knowing the rotation, we won't make advanced reservations.

Can you order more than one meal at Palo like the regular dining (might need an extra filet)

Neal

I am pretty sure you can order anything extra you want at Palo! Happylawyer - one thing different about Palo is there is a $10 surcharge for each person and no one under 18 is allowed. I think the dress is a little more dressy for dinner, too. They also have one brunch (sea day), but I don't know a whole lot about it.

So, who is staying in Orlando Saturday night and who is staying in Cape Canaveral?

Kristen

We are staying at the Radisson at the Cape.

Free parking, Free shuttle. Can't beat that deal. Thrifty seems to have the cheapest rates right now. Got an SUV for 8 days for $216 + taxes. At that price, I'll let it sit at the hotel.

Does everybody realize that at the present time (and things can definately change) the space shuttle is scheduled to lift off on the day we return. I hope we can see it from the ship!

This would be awesome! Where can you look up the info on this? I would love to keep tabs on it. What a phenominal way to end a vacation.

i cannot believe we don't have more people posting, either that or we are gonna have a roomy ship

A less than capacity crowd will be a-ok with me!

We rented a 12 passenger van from Budget at WDW, dropped off at Cape Caneveral, pick up again on Thursday and drop off at WDW Thursday afternoon.

I will be at the cruise terminal, and so excited, it's getting closer guys, is anyone still paying on their trip, my final pmt is due in by 9/11 :Pinkbounc

We just finished!! It is paid for!! Woo Hoo!! I would like a roomy ship also!! We will be in Disney after the cruise...so we should still be able to see it as it goes up if it is a clear day. In tampa we can sometimes see it going up and we hear the sonic boom when they are coming back to earth.

So how many of you are going to add signs to your doors?????

Wow, congrats, i only owe like $843.45 so i'll just wait until 9/11 or maybe i'll just pay and have it taken care of.

How is everyone bringing their vacation funds, i am thinking 2k in credit cards, my debit card and maybe 1k in cash. We will be in florida until the 29th, i am giving dtr a gift card with 200 on it for her to use, they put her name on it and everything she will be so excited.

That's weird?! You can do it online too at their website too. Here's the # I called 1-888-528-7155

Try again, maybe it was a bad ACM (Atlantis Cast Member :lmao: )

The kid's are saving money for spending money on things that they want - with no faces from Mom! DS has alot saved...DD, not so much. She is too into music and fashion.

Our cruise is being paid off this week. Then we will be able to make reservations at 90 days out. Luckily, my mom and dad when on their first disney cruise in March, so they are Castaway Cay members. Whoo hoo for me, lol!

I will probably take some cash, but use mostly either travelers checks or maybe try one of the new Visa or AMEX gift cards, depending on the upfront cost. Does anyone know what the fee is for getting one of those cards?

I read that the kids pool closes at 10PM and the others at midnight. Don't remember where I read it though.
