Dec 1, 2005 Wonder Cruise?

Hi~

I booked all of my cruise reservations too. I hope everyone gets what they want.
Good Luck everyone!! :cool1:

Don't know about y'all, but we're going to be living it up onboard if we make it through this hurricane season. Our cruise leaves day one of hurricane off-season--HURRAY!!!! We may just have to have a "Thank you God, the hurricanes are over!" party :)

We were part of the 3 million plus evacuation last week and all I can say is thank God we had a home to come back to. When we trashed the house deciding what to take with us one of the last things my husband picked up was my Cruise Passporter--"don't you want this?" I told him no, but it would be great to come back to. We have a tiny SUV and I knew it would be bursting with our kids, cats, and whatver we just HAD to take.

Our trip was a major stress but thankfully we left way before the profound gridlock began.

Hoping everyone here from the Gulf fared as well as we did.

Oops--wanted to add a great link to some Cinderella pumpkin stencils--we printed one of Lucifer for our porch patch this year. Mean ol' thing :) Mr FFerret and I have always had at least one black cat pretty much ourwhole life--I'm wondering if he'll even recognize Lucifer, but my little girl knew he was Cindy's (or rather her wicked fam's) cat.

So glad you guys and your belongings were OK. What a terrible hurrican season so far! Glad you are home and that you will be going on our cruise!!! I can imagine your family really needs a vacation now!

Thanks for the stencil links too!

It's good to hear that you are all ok. I can't imagine how stressful that would be.

Hopefully, it will start to quiet down.

Thanks for the link.

Thank y'all both kindly :)

I just got a mousefest email today (I signed up on the newlester when I thought we'd be there for most of the events).

FFerret: Glad to hear you and your family and house escaped Rita's wrath.

Well, all my fellow cruisers, the time is approaching, not fast enough though. I have made all my WDW and DCL reservations!! I hope everyone got the ressies they wanted. So are we doing a Dis meet before the drill? I'll bring the bubbles for the sail away party and will bring glow in the dark bracelets and necklaces for the kids to have, just need to know how many people. Talk to you later.

Thanks so much, mylilnikita :)

A DIS meet before the drill is fine with me--and the bubbles and bracelets sound awesome!

I believe we're almost to our 50 day mark!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds great to me too.....I just can't wait.

Dw and I are going on our 2nd Wonder cruise; last year @ this time was for 10th anniversary.

This year we are taking SIL & BIL (who have never been on a cruise) as an early Xmas gift.

Hi~

Welcome, we look forward to getting to know you. This will be our first cruise.

Hi all~

Since it is starting to get close, I was wondering when we would be receiving our cruise documents. Does anyone know when we should expect to see them?

Thanks

I did go on line a while ago to look at the forms....but they seemed to easy to me, I thought that I would have a lot more and longer forms to complete.

I guess I thought it couldn't be so easy ...LOL :rotfl2:

too funny :)

I don't want to be the one though that gives out bad info, esp something as important as this--better to be safe than sorry! I'll post the question on the cruise forum here just so we can be sure the ones online are all that are needed.

ACK--I've tried three times now to post a thread there and keep getting rejected :(

Hi Everyone!!

Hopefully, I can shed some light on the document question, last year, my docs came in 2-3 weeks before the trip. Yes, it was un nerving, but as soon as they came in, my TA called me-she has all of my phone numbers and my email address-lol and I did the happy dance!! As for the documents downloaded from the website, I am sorry, I don't know anything about that. Last year, the was one document that didn't come with the regular paperwork, it was the Bahamian customs, but we got them at the terminal. So if you are on the bus and the guy is telling you to double check and make sure you have filled out your paperwork, don't freak if this one paper is not with them, it will be at the terminal and there are people there who will help you with questions about filling it out.

That's good to hear; thanks for ending some of my pre-cruise fears :)
