So I went on to check availability this morning before 8AM for January 25 to Feb 1
No Value available for any of those days.

No one can book Jan 31 to Feb 1 until 8AM....it is the 7th day and you can only book it beginning at 8AM today even as an add on.

Trying to figure out how a room that no one can book yet is not showing as available?
I know there are limited value rooms but at least that last night should be showing as available.

Honestly fairly typical for the value studios and the club studios. They're all locked up in a walk year-round. I was unable to even start a walk for the club level rooms for all of 2026 - but I was able to snatch two nights as walkers moved past and I got two more nights with a waitlist.

What i usually do is I book a resort view studio and waitlist club or value, and set the waitlist to replace the resort view if it matches. Good luck! You're competing against thousands of other members for I think 18 rooms, many of which are commercial renters who have enough points to lock them up in a walk all year until they get to a season where the cash/points delta is at its greatest to maximize their return.

Yes but it will be complete in January, so this may possibly be related. It could be they plan to close the entire Value wing towards the end of the refurb and refurbish them all at once, and that is why the rooms are all blocked out.

For many years now, the Jambo value studios (and thus also the 2BRs since they are lock-offs and disappear due to studio reservations) have usually, throughout the entire year for any arrival date that is 11-months out from when the attempt to book is made, booked full either within nano-seconds after 8 a.m. eastern, or sometimes are shown as already booked by reservations made shortly before the desired start date. The only rooms that would usually be shown as open after the desired arrival date are ones for which members are checking out on any particular day. However, finding more than the arrival date and the day after already full would be rare because the second day after (and days after that) should still be shown as open unless no one is checking out on any those days.

Thus, absent some glitch, the likely cause of missing all possible seven nights today, is the refurb setting aside value rooms to start on those dates. There is one other exception that could show the value rooms as full for 7 nights straight -- a refurb of the non-DVC hotel rooms along the same hallways that the DVC value rooms are in, as such refurbs also shut down the value DVC rooms when the Disney hotel rooms are being done. The last refurb for those hotel rooms was in 2020 (and value rooms did close for those refurbs) so there is at least some possibility those rooms could be starting refurbs in Jan 2027 resulting in value rooms also being taken out of service even if the DVC refurb were complete by then.
