Dec 1, 2005 Wonder Cruise?

mylilnikita--wanting to send you some pixie dust in your hunt for the lunch

I went through the CRT madness for a week of phonecalls ($40 bill :earseek: ; it's when there was no 1800 number) and lack of sleep dealing with Orlando time, and was lucky enough to get it because they were chenging the window period and few people knew--well, the DISers knew of course. There's no way I was going to go through that again.

My fearless TA at DU got me one this time for 11/29 breakfast.

(happy ferret dance)

I REALLY recommend Dreams Unlimited Travel--they get your ressies for you. :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Sounds good to me! Should it be sometime after the safety drill or before? I'm not sure what others usually do - this will be our first Dis meet.

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I did a search and found that most people meet at 3pm on deck 10. Everyone should be on board and have eaten lunch and arranged for any activities.

OK, since park hours are not out yet, this is our planned schedule. May change a few things when hours are released.

11/27 - arrive in AKL
head to Epcot - lunch on fish and chips
Marrakesh for dinner at 5:40 (looking forward to this one)

11/28 - Boma breakfast 7:45
head to MGM
small lunch at Pizza Planet
Fantasmic Package Brown Derby 3:40 (hoping for later time)

11/29 - somewhere for breakfast
head to AK - lunch at Flame Tree BBQ
Dinner at Cindys 5:15
MVMCP (our first time)

11/30 - somewhere for breakfast
Head to MK - lunch at Cosmic Rays
Dinner at Ohana's 5:45
Back to park if open or Epcot

12/1 - Crystal Palace for breakfast 8:45
off to the cruise port!!!!!

12/4 - breakfast on ship
off to Nick Hotel

12/5 - going home very early :guilty:
breakfast at the airport if we are fully awake

Oh, and we will have at least an hour or two for resting back at the hotel everyday. Otherwise, those expensive dinners will be a nightmare!!!

Who's next??

It's open to everyone; the people who publish WDW stuff (like Passporters, etc) host events. I've never been to it, but this year it starts on Wednesday, Nov 30. They'll be doing the MOUSEFEST CRUISE on the Wonder the voyage after us).

My TA mentioned a link I can post that gives more Mousefest info if you'd like. He also said that Nov 30 will be MGM day for the fest. Which is fine for me, we'll be at the Magic Kingdom.

Thanks for the info. Thank goodness we will be at MK that night also!

I'd love the link though. Sounds interesting. May be quite crowded while we are there though. BUT, the ship can only get so crowded. Looking forward to it!

Sure thing--

There's bound to be a ton of DIS threads concerning Mousefest cropping up soon too.

Oh, super cool!

Port Canaveral Meet and Great
Sunday, Dec 4
10:30 AM (Port Canaveral coffee shop inside DCL terminal Hosts: Deb Wills of Allearsnet.com and Dave Marx, PassPorter author/publisher)

I wonder how long we can hover around ther terminal after we leave the ship?

Thanks for the link and info on the meet! That would be very interesting.

AFter the cruise you actually exit the terminal when you get your luggage which is the lower level. We never got back into the "terminal" You may need a reservation to get past security.

Not positive though.

Your gritchin' - totally relatable!!! Hope tomorrow is better! :sunny:

'Cept for this stupid sinus infection. Grrrrr.

Glad to see the posted EMH nights are the ones I planned for. Looks like we may actually get to see Spectro this time :)

Just a freindly heads-up--we're almost at our 75 day mark for Ship ressies!!!!

Yes.... I stayed up until 2:00 AM but I got all my reservations. Dinner at Palo on Friday night was the only one I was really worried about. But I got it for just the time I wanted... 6:00 PM when the sun is setting. Yeah :cool1:
