Dec 1, 2005 Wonder Cruise?

Hey, I know some of you are attending Mouse Fest @ WDW prior to the cruise; we are going to be coming direct to the ship from MCO.

How about meeting up at Cove Cafe (Deck 9 midship) right after the lifeboat drill (around 4:30) ?

Look for a lady wearing a neck brace, that would be my SIL (their first cruise)

First round is on me!

Chris.

Deck 9 at 4:30 is good for us. We will be 2 adults, a 15yo and 2 kids. Can't think of much that will make us stick out so I will be on the lookout for neck brace lady.

See you all onboard!!!!

See you all on Deck 9, at 4:30. Is anyone else staying at Beach Club? My DD7 really wants to meet some people before the cruise, she is a little nervous! I am starting to get really excited! :paw: MD.

We are staying at the Beach Club. It will be me, DH and my DS-6.

Cove Cafe (Deck 9 midship) right after the lifeboat drill sounds good to me. Not sure if DH will go with me or not.

Deck 9 - Cove Cafe- 4:30pm sounds good.

Isn't the Cove Cafe for adults only? Or am I missing something here :)

You are right, it is adults only and is on the Magic. I also just realized that the party starts at 4:30pm and I know that my son will really want to see the show.

I wouldn't mind playing hostess if we had it in our stateroom -- we're 6560 -- not sure if that'll be too small though. My little ones are DS 7 and DD 5. If that's fine let me know a good time, otherwise we're going to need to brainstorm another place than the Cove Cafe. Where do other people on other Wonder Cruises meet and when?

I had done a search previously and found that many people meet around 3ish. I wouldn't mind meeting in your stateroom, but if you think it will be too small, maybe we could meet somewhere else. I read that some people meet at deck 10 and others meet by the pool on deck 9.

3ish is fine with me :) I wonder when room service kicks in; maybe I can get some of those nummy cheese trays... oh, and mickey bars

y'all dinsey cruise vets--are the rooms big enough for an informal greet?

Sounds great to me. Is there a specific time you would like to meet? I can't believe I am leaving in 10 days....I can't wait!!!

Stateroom meeting may be tight - they are not very big - but, of course, we'll be there if that's what is decided. I will meet anywhere - we should be onboard by 3pm as well. We didn't do a meet last time we cruised so I'm sorry that I am not good with a location.

Cove Cafe is "technically" adults only, inside, but there are outside tables, and kids have plenty of room to run around.

Timewise, how about moving it up to 3:00 PM ?

We will be hanging out at the hotel most early afternoons and playing in SAB when it is warm enough, maybe we can arrange a meet time. MD.

Hi Everyone!
A meeting sounds good, I am up for it. I am making a mouse head pin to wear, so I will be easy to spot.

3 ish will work work for me, I like the idea of meeting up by the pool. I think the room will be too small.

My DD is all packed, now it's time to start packing myself. My DH is on his own. The weather here turned cold today, I'm soooo looking forward to warmer weather. I was getting excited pulling out the summer clothes again.

If you think the room will be too small, let's meet at the Goofy Pool at 3pm. Now....how are we going to find each other?

3pm Goofy pool sounds good, I look forward to seeing everyone there. Also, how many people want bubbles and glow in the dark bracelets?
