Dear Santa, I'd like a Disney Trip for Christmas! - TR started!

To try snacks? A spot to write out where you've spent money/dining credits/etc. etc.? A list of pictures you want to take? Maybe a spot to stick Fastpasses/key cards? Best souvenir shops to visit?

Haha, I'm really bad at this! I think Bear has a Disney app on his phone with wait times/dining info but I like to do it old school with nothing but a park map.

that is what took me the longest! Sizing everything! I cannot tell you how many pages I threw out because they werent how I wanted them!

I'm hoping to have a full Mini-Planner by the time I'm done....I do not want empty pages! But we'll see how that works out...with it being such a weird size an all!

I think its a written law that everything must be the same size and match and all that other hoopla. I can't imagine not having everything look perfect. Hooray for OCP!



Hmm... I saw a map for it once. Are you sure it's not on the site? Because I thought it was a Robo map. Maybe I'm thinking of another entrance. Or maybe it was on someone's PTR or TR.



I don't think they go so far in depth on the site because they do in their book. (I think, anyway.) They write the Unofficial Guide to WDW book. I always buy Birnbaum's book, though -- but was actually considering buying UG for this upcoming trip. I have an old UG that I picked up on discount for like 2007 or something when I was planning our 2009 trip. But a lot of it is just trusting their plans. And with Lines, they give you estimates for the waits all day, too. So if you think you want to ride something around 5pm, you can see the estimated wait for it -- which is what I love about TP.



For sure! Nothing worse than trekking all the way to the other side to see the wait is unbearable or the attraction is down. I always check the user-submitted waits to see how current it is, too!

Empty pages would drive me nuts, too! If you end up with space to fill, I'm sure we can all give you some ideas! Can't wait to see the finished product!

I'll be following along -- I can't sleep at night unless I've refreshed for new posts anyway. (I also can't go to class, cook dinner, watch a movie... the list goes on and on... until I refresh. )

We need to design a signature (or user) icon with the OCDP logo on it.

I'll get right on that, and add it to my list of things to do... 28 more outfits, custom park bags for 3, a few custom outfits and Tshirts, Mini-Planner and the OCDP logo... and not to mention all the Christmas gifts I am supposed to make.

What a great PTR you have going here. I just started reading it yesterday and boy what a roller coaster ride it was. Can I go? Yes I can go!!! Wait maybe I can't go... LOL. I am glad it all worked out for you in the end though. Me and my family have been to Disney MANY times, but this year will be our first Christmas trip. We are all excited. We'll be there 16th to 22nd and will be staying at BLT. We are new DVC owners and are using it to the fullest. It was great reading all the tips for a Christmas visit. I had many of the same questions you did. We are doing the candle light procession and the Christmas party. It may have been mentioned, but you have got to tour the world showcase in EPCOT and see all the different "Santas." I hear it is a great experience. I look forward to more updates. If I run across any tips I don't see mentioned I'll let you know.

My PTR was kind of a crazy ride. But thank you! I'm glad it worked out too! How exciting for another first Christmas trip! Its the most wonderful time of the year!
