DDP Counter Service Tips

Hi there,

I'm going on the DDP for 9 days for the first time using the plan! We've had several ADRs and have a good idea of which Table Service places we'd like to go to... However, I'm sure there are some good Counter Service tips out there.

Where do you find you get the most value? Food? High priced items? Let's spread the info...

Tangierene cafe combo platters are good.
Rays you can get a 1/2 chicken and ribs combo all on one credit.
Ribs at Flame tree. Yummy.
Sirloin Steak at Pepper Market.
Salmon at Tusker House.

At the resorts marketplaces, the "desserts" included both snack items and dessert only items. Be sure that you use the more expensive "dessert items" for your desserts and save the cheaper brownies and cookies for snack credits.

DD learned that she likes flatbread pizza and chicken caeser salads!

At many outlets you can order a double hamburger or cheeseburger and buy a second bun for 90 cents. Makes sharing easy.
