DDE Never called back...

I called twice this week once on Monday and once on Wednesday attempting to try to purchase the DDE, and they have not called back as of yet. What should I do? I want to get this taken care of asap cause we leave in 12 days. Any advice?

Emailing them or faxed them,it might be worth a try or call your resort and speak to guest relations and see if they can help.Good Luck

Call 1-407-566-5858 pick option3 and then immediately hit 1. You will get a real person . I only waited about 5 mins last Tues.Call before 5o'clock thats when they close.

I did it friday in less than 10 minutes. Was on hold a while, but they were wonderful, emailed me my letter, and I am all set to go! call that 407 number listed by eleanor...you will be fine on Monday or Tues. Their hours are M-F 9-5.

I never got them to call back... but I was calling after 4:00 my time and I found out that they are only open until 5:00 Easter time (even though the recording you get after 5:00 says they are on the phone).

I tried again before 5:00 and got through the first time with a short time on hold.
