Happy Birthday JMWEST!!!!

Apparently not impressed with the fireworks put on by everyone, Mother Nature moved in with one of her own. Just as things looked to be winding down, a breeze picked up andthe first signs of a storm arrived. So far, lightning and Thunder, and a smattering of rain (and can still see the odd firework in the distance!)

Both Brians..: Awesome pics on FB of the day, looked like a lot of fun...!

Continued prayers to the people of Oklahoma.

Justin!

Happy Birthday Sir.

:bday:

Happy Birthday Justin!

Happy Birthday Justin!

Everyday gets you closer to the long weekend, hang in there.

Digging 9 holes is nowhere near as fun as playing 9 holes! Glad you got some in on Sunday.

Happy Birthday JMWEST!!!!

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Spent the evening out on my deck. My DD's were playing in the yard while I grilled up steaks and drank a few adult beverages. It was a nice evening.

I've been trying to avoid the news out of Oklahoma but it is inevitable. My thoughts are with all those affected by the power of God's creation and mother nature. It can be so unrelenting.

Morning guys. My heart breaks for those who lost loved ones in Oklahoma.

We had a tornado warning here in our county at 2:00am. The sirens woke me up. Luckily it was just heavy rain and some strong wind. It was heading toward Andy as well, hopefully nothing more then what we got :thumbsup2

Good morning fellow DisDads! Praying for all those affected by the horrible storms in OK over the past several days.

Hope everyone has a great day...we're one day closer to our next Disney trip....whenever that might be.

Morning Guys.

Going to be a weird day here. Heading to DS's school later on this morning for an art expo they created in their French language class and then off to a funeral for a couple of friends who were killed in a car accident last week.

Hope you all have a great day.

Definitely saying some prayers for those in Oklahoma. Tragic to say the least.

I was sitting in a tractor late last night and came home and went straight to bed at around midnight. Whatever happened here last night, it didn't wake me up. :lmao::rotfl2:

Looks like we got a little wind, but not much rain. Nothing serious.

Now for a farming update: All of our corn is planted as of Friday afternoon. After we finished corn, Dad and I started working up ground to help keep my uncle going with the soybean planter. We got our part done last night, and he's got about 175 acres left to plant and we'll be all done with planting. He could have finished today, but it is raining right now. Oh well.

Next up, applying nitrogen in the corn and spraying everything.

I hope this summer is better for your crops.

Morning guys.

Thanks Shawn. It is pretty sad; they were on their way to Alberta to start a new life. It sounds like they both fell asleep and drifted into oncoming traffic.

Sorry to hear about that Darcy. Hope today goes ok.

Prayers to all affected by the tornados as well.

.

Glad to hear things are going well.

Kids played, tried out a new Just Dance game for the Xbox they got as a gift (old game, new to them), and lots of fun. Chilling with yet more hard cider and RAW tonight, with a little me time. :thumbsup2

We got them Dance Party on Wii last Christmas. I'll even get up and dance sometimes - but there will never be any video.

Bad rain here as well. No tornado though.

A big shout out to Aaron for recording a trip report last night, even though I couldn't get Skype to answer when he first called. It was a lot of fun. Thanks Aaron.
