took the car to get it washed this morning. This was a spur of the moment thing, brought on when DD pointed out something was on her window as I was about to drive her to school... turns out it was on my window too. The whole driver's side of the car was covered with something sticky and orange. I thought maybe it was an actual orange at first, but then i found the empty packages on the ground. McDonald's spicy buffalo sauce.

I really don't think I've done anything to anyone in this neighborhood to warrant this attention. Must be the unfortunate side-effect of living on a corner??? or being so close to the high school??

kids might of did this and that is just mean no respect for other peoples property

I haven't seen any discussions about this subject so I thought I'd bring it up. Have you heard of the rumored "xPASS" system? Do you think you would take advantage of it (if it actually gets off the ground)?

So how exactly is Disney World's new xPASS system supposed to work?

I have herd about it but kind of in the OK lets get it running and see if it is better , before i would knock it and say bad things about it .

Kind of a bummer of a day for me to see Bruce Weber let go from my Illini. He is a good man who just seemed to be a bit overmatched for the position. I wish him the best. I am a diehard Illini fan and this marks the first time in my life that they have had to fire the head BB coach.

The biPap machine is still a work in process to get used to. It has this alarm on it that goes off when I stop breathing for too long. I have yet to make it more than an hour. I'll keep trying though because I really want it to work.

I am looking forward to ordering my new iPad today, though. And it's Friday!

Hello Guys! Happy Friday!

It's been a busy week around my house, and spring has definitely sprung! Almost time to get out and start doing a little in the yard - but not quite yet. Our crocuses have started to bloom, and the tulips are breaking out of the ground starting to shoot up. Wow. The winter that really wasn't is just about over.

Hey, I know that some of you like to cruise, and some of you might even be considering a cruise yet this year. Anyone ever been to Bermuda? Well we'd love to have you along on a sailing in October, if you have the time, resources and any inclination. RCI and my franchisor put together a nifty deal for us to share with anyone who might be interested. I already mentioned in on our FB page, but you can learn about it here if you have any curiosity about it at all. It's not DCL, and it's not WDW, but it might be fun to sail away together. I'm still working on putting together a Dis Dad's cruise for later next year or or in 2014... but I thought I'd put this out there just in case any of you are looking for something non-Disney to do yet this year and can't quite afford the DCL pricing.

Wow....quiet day today. Only missed one page while working.
What a day, things were chaotic as usual, but I managed to straighten it all up. Found a fairly important error the boss made before going on vacation I'll have to fix Monday (I hope) At least my week is done. Weekend off!!!!




Only thing I've lost is the rain cover for the stroller at Epcot and an umbrella a day later. Amelia lost the purse to her Cinderella outfit during the Pirate & Princess party at MK one night, and I ran around over 1/2 the park looking for it. Gave up. Just before the parade, when the light-up carts walk by, lo and behold, there it was on the cart! She left it behind when we picked her up some light-up thing. We got lucky there!

We've lost shoes 2 times. 1 time I got them back... the other time, they were eaten by the monorail.

This is the last picture of Cinderella's glass slippers. While we were stopped at the TTA, Juliana thought it would be a good idea to hang her foot outside of the door. While she was pulling her foot back in, she clipped her foot on the floor of the monorail and her sparkly shoe fell off. Not only did it fall off, but it fell in the 3 inch gap that is between the monorail and the platform and down 20 feet. There was no way to get her shoe back. Luckily, we had her crocs with us.

In 2 weeks I'm going to "Daddy-Daughter Night" with my DD in her AHG Troop. Last year they did a dance. This year it's going to be Game Night. Everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite games to share. That'll be interesting. But she's very excited about it.

My idiot brother texted me earlier saying he needed a favor. Just got off the phone with him after an hour long conversation. This is the brother who I drove to south jersey for in the middle of the night when he had been kicked out of the house he was living in and sleeping in his broken down car for 4 days.

So... he was at my house for a few days, then went to live with one of our other brothers back in NJ, where he is closer to the rest of the family to help support him and get him on his feet. Well, that hasn't stopped him from talking to his ex whom he resided with (along with her family and a cast of animals). Apparently now, she served him with a restraining order. His response is to fight it and he still thinks he can smooth things over and go back to being with her.

It's a long sordid story. But after this conversation tonight, I have half a mind to get a restraining order against him myself. He doesn't want advice. He thinks he knows everything (yet he didn't see this whole restraining order thing coming, now did he?) I don't think he'll ever get the picture.

Some people never grow up...

Well, the end to a long week. Getting over a cold and 11 work/ travel days, I did not exercise last week. So, the 30 minutes was tough this AM. But, I did manage to eat healthy - fruits and vegetables, less meat, and hit my calories each day.

I now know why DW was so agreeable to me ordering the iPad. I should have expected something when it was that easy. Her credit card bill/ shopping spree arrived yesterday.

Popping in to say hi all. At the in-laws in Sarnia, been a long day of cross-border shopping and the like, and a little too full from Golden Corral. Lkely be another year before we hit that place again

Yesterday had one of those qualities to it. DW loked into our 7yr old Amelia's backpack and found a note she wrote


"Aiden, do you love me?" And had a Yes/No checkbox thing, checked yes, and a picture she drew of the two holding hands Wouldn't be so bad if we were told she wanted to marry ANOTHER boy earlier this week. I think what little hair I have is greying as we speak.

OMG Golden Coral i had after i came off the Dream this summer and i said the food tasted like a dumpster compeared to the Dream.

It's been blistering COLD, very Canadian like temperatures here the last few days, and today it is a beautiful warm spring day here in Toronto.

Temperatures swung 30 degrees of over the last 2 days.

It was as low as -15 Celsius (5 Fahrenheit) to as high as 15 Celsius (60 degrees Fahrenheit).

that stinks here it is like 60's

We have cut our WDW park time down to 4 days, after talking about it with the wife, she would like to try a couple new places while we are down there, since we are pretty much finished with all the parks and rode everything a few times in 3 - 3 1/2 days


So 2 places we want to try is Gatorland & Dinosaur World, and since both places close early will be doing Seaworld in the evening,

I'm looking to be ready for a couple races next year. everest challenge and either Tower of terror 10 miler or the half-marathon in nov. would love to run them this year but my class schedule and then clinical fieldwork won't allow it this year.

Well at least the one spot is for sure. Basil Cell Carcinoma. The other spot is an atypical mole - but it was a moderate to severe one which have a tendency to lead to the bad stuff.

So yes, I'm 34 and have this crap already.

Good Afternoon Gentlemen, I just wanted to stop in and share that my wife had our little bundle of joy last Monday March 5th at 8:17pm. His name is Zachary Christopher and was 9pounds 10 ounces and 21 1/4 inches long.

He is absolutely beautiful and a trooper. he spent the first days of his life getting poked and prodded in the level II nursery because he started out not being able to regulate his blood sugar. Everything is just fine for him now. Today at the old age of one week he got to have his first ultrasound and X-ray to check out a dimple on his rear end. Praying that everthing is all good and there are noe problem.

He is truely a joy and a gift from God Enjoy a few pictures, I have many more on facebook and will be adding more.

The BIG car show of the year in NJ is late this year (Usually week after Easter) This year it is in the 1st week of May, but I mentioned to a few people that I was thinking about entering the conv, this year, I haven't been to this show in 3 years, after having a 20yr in a row winning streak

Well anyway if I go I already have a full car, everyone is saying it would be like a comeback to regain a title, since I've won 20 in a row we would be a favorite
