I'll say 9 pounds, I believe. It might be a little more but I know at least 9. It's hard to remember because I lost about 15 at the beginning of the year, gained some back and have not done a thing sense!

63 pounds for me.:cool1: :cool1:

Janet- You did not procrastinate, please don't look at it like that. Last year was not the right time for you. Hopefully 2007 will be the year for you. I am glad to see that you are planning things out ahead of time that is definitely the way to have a successful start. If you don't plan things out and aren't mentally prepared for it you are less likely to succeed. I know you can do this and we will all be here cheering you on through the good times and the bad.:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Becky you are so positive! I hope I can keep your frame of mind :goodvibes

Hi everyone. I think that it is time for me to jump in with both feet and do it this time. I am ending the year up almost 10 from where I started. The plan had been to go the other way. Becky - I think that I need to latch onto your advice to Janet a page or two back and make 2007 my year. That was a wonderful piece of encouragement. I'm not sure yet what my plans and goals are, but I'll be working on them tonight and tomorrow. The group totals look great. I only hope to help boost them up a year from now.

bearny.gif

We are staying home & celebrating quietly with a nice dinner & a bottle of our favorite champagne that we found at the the food & wine festival last year....it's called Rosa Regale & we love it.

Have a great time & be safe everyone.

What do you all eat for breakfast or snacks? The last couple of mornings I have been eating dry wheat toast & an apple. Are eggs a big no no? I am not to much on eating breakfast, but I am going to try to start eating something in the morning.

As Melanie said, pictures do tell the true story. The pictures I am posting are what is getting me in gear to lose weight. I looked at these the other day & was like wow, what did I do? These are my inspiration along with your support.

The 1st picture was taken in Oct. 2003 & I weighed 125 lbs(the outfit I am wearing is a size 6!). The 2cd was taken in June of 2005 & I weighed 145 lbs. I now weigh 160  I do not know if I can get back down to 125, but I know I can get to 145. I am a little ashamed to post these, but like I said this is what is going to help me. I even have a picture of the smaller me on the fridge.

I CAN DO THIS!

Janet, don't be embarrased...you have seen all our fat pictures. :lmao:
I eat several different things for breakfast...If you can find them Smart Portions muffins are good. They come in packs of 2 & there are several flavors. A pack of 2 is 2 pts on Weight Watchers & then I have a Weight Watchers yogurt smoothie with them that is 1 pt. That breakfast for 3 points.

I also do a cup of Honeynut cheerios with a 1/2 cup of milk & that is 3 points too.

It is best to eat something for breakfast because it gets your metabolism going, but I don't like to use too many points.

Fruit, yogurt, whole wheat toast, sometimes I spread preserves on a tortilla, oatmeal, dry cereal with a glass of milk, :lmao: I have an issue with the soggy cereal thing, oatmeal, grits. Sometimes I eat leftovers from the night before I am not really big on typical breakfast foods or eating breakfast at all but have slowly gotten used to things over the past year.
