Deb's daily journal day 1:
May 29,2007 I committed to my diet yet again. With only 53 days left until our WDW trip and I still NEED to lose 12.2 lbs. I know that I can do this, but if you see a day pass without my daily diary entry PLEASE PM me. Ridicule works for me so feel free![]()
I had low cal high fiber mini muffins for breakfast this morning 2 pts
WW bagel with low fat ham, fat free cheese and kethcup with a pickle for lunch 4 pts
I plan to have a Smart Ones on Lean Cuisine Dinner before I go to work. If I'm full hopefully I won't be tempted to snack.
I've also had a flavored water and a diet coke plus today.
Daily Points allowance is 20 points.
My morning weigh in was 142.2![]()

I am right there with you Deb on the recommitment to get my act together thing...we know we can do it cause we've done it before.
I am so embarrased to post this, but I am honest. I faced some mighty loud music tonight. I gained 7.5lbs in the 2 weeks I missed WW for the week leading up to & the week of vacation. I can only imagine how much worse it would have been had I not been walking daily on the beach about 3 miles & biking about every other day while there. Good lord. I know I ate way more than ususal but 7.5lbs

It's in the past & I am heading on into the future....I have that all imporant meet & greet with my man Rick 1 month from today & it sure would be nice to be back to where I was before vacation. I can do it with a little help from my friends.

I stayed on track yesterday though I didn't get the walk in that I wanted too. Colby and I spent the morning running errands. I'm still feeling hungry, but I've been able to restrain myself.
Weigh in this morning 140.2 down another lbs
So with less than 51 days to go I've got 10.2 lbs to loseI can do this. Hold me accountable.
