Deb's Diary Day 7

We are down to 47 days. I have much work to do.

We had such a busy weekend that I didn't even find time to post here yesterday. Even with all the craziness I managed to stay 100% on track :thumbsup2 Unfortunately TOM popped up earlier than expect and with it I gained a bit :sad2: Since I've been so on track I'm sure the extra pound is due to that and it will disappear in a few days. I also got extra exercise as I played with the kids and I'm feeling it too. Just plugging along.

Deb

No change for me this week, I am still holding at 136 lbs. I am happy with this beings I did eat some not so healthy foods last week. I couldn't resist the nachos at the ball park any longer :rotfl: They were good to!

How is everyone else doing?

Debs Diary Day 8

I'm pretty discouraged. I've been really good all week, no slipups and the scale has been rising the last few days. I think I'm pretty much where I was when I started. I'm hoping it's just water weight, but it is still discouraging.

Just keep swimming.....Just keep swimming

Hey sometimes you have to have the nachos!

I went to weigh in today & I am down another 2 lbs this week! I journaled, drank my water, & was very careful. My total lost so far is 26lbs. I still have about 30-40lbs to go so I am chugging along.

TOM totally screws up my weigh in's Deb. I would keep doing what you are doing & wait another week. I never loose with TOM but the next week I loose alot. Hang in there..almots time for Disney!:thumbsup2

Way to go "Losers"! It's ok that I call you that, right? ;)

I really need motivation to keep up with watching what I eat. Especially if we're going to be able to go to WDW next year. I'd like there to be a lot less of me at WDW. :rotfl:

Well, I weighed in tonight & I am only down a pound. After the weight I gained on vacation, I thought with getting back on program I would have a better weigh in but 1 lb gone is better than nothing.
We gotta hang in there Deb.........just keep swimming :fish: :fish: :fish: :fish: P.S. You might want to stop getting on the scales daily.......there is just too much fluctuating that can go on & at WW they always tell us to just weigh once a week.
Great job on the loss & the maintaining Janet Anne Marie & Janet. :cool1:
Kelli........this is one place I don't mind being called a "loser".......join in our fun.

Keep up the good work & the cheerleading everybody........:cheer2:

We're in this thing together.

When it comes to weight loss, I love being called a loser :thumbsup2

Sparkpeople has really helped me. I log in everyday & plug in what I eat. It keeps track of my calories & also helps keep me within my range.

I just sent you an invitation to join the group, let me know if it does not go through. I also added you to my friends list.

If anyone else is a member of Sparkpeople, let me know your user name so I can add you as well :)

You are all doing great!!! I'm so impressed with the whole group. Keep on going Ladies!!

So I'm down another 2.3 pounds. I had several comments tonight about not really being recognized at Bridging tonight. :thumbsup2

I also happened upon a box of stuff that had like memorabilia type things from when my brother and I were in elementary school. I have always been overweight since I was probably about 4 years old.

In that box was two coats that we had gotten as gifts from Santa at Christmas time at school they have our school mascot on them. I was probably in 5th or 6th grade at the time I received it. I figured I would try mine on and see if it fit, sure enough it did and it was big. My brother is 22 months younger then me. I decided to try his on just to see if it might fit, sure enough it closes the entire way, its too tight to wear but I was shocked. Mine was an adult large and his was an adult small. I can't believe that something I received in elementary school is too big. :cheer2: :yay:

Congrats losers everyone else hang in there. Even if you are maintaining it is better then a gain. :thumbsup2
