I'm still plugging along. Some good days and bad, maintaining overall. Keep up the good news everyone.
So I am down 2.2 pounds since last week. Still not down to my lowest on this getting heathier journey, but chipping away to get back down there and lower. I want to be 175 for my birthday, I know it isn't 146 like I really would like but its still better then 246.

Hey ya'll..........I stayed the same this week.
We leave Friday for our beach vacation in Hilton Head SC & I am vowing now to come back & be fully committed to getting my weight loss really going again....I have been the same weight now for several months basically, but when I get back I AM GOING TO GET BUSY so I can loose more before my big 4-0 bday cruise.
No loss, no gain this week. I did not eat the best this weekend, so I am happy that I didn't gain. Hopefully next week will be better.
Just back from WW's...down 2 lbs. I was up 2lbs last week so technically its a wash. 19 total.![]()
I somehow managed to gain 7 lbs this weekendI've lost 2 just being sick, but I'm still up 5. How can this happen? Granted I ate pizza and chocolate cake, but 7 lbs in 5 days is just ridiculous.

I was a very bad girl while gone, but hope I won't have gained too much. Will find out tomorrow night. I am getting back to business as usual starting tomorrow & I AM DETERMINED to get more of this weight off before my big bday cruise in Oct.
