My oldest has been accepted to the DCP program for Spring. ( I couldn't be more thrilled

I would like to make her a tee for Christmas. I am planning on getting her a long sleeved hot pink tee. I would like to have a shirt with a Minnie bow on it. I am planning on putting the bow on the front in the corner. Kinda of subtle.
I would like the lettering DCP and 2016 in monogram style lettering. I really appreciate any help! Thanks again for all your generosity.
