DCL website. Never saw this before.

I got that about a week ago and refreshed and it disappeared.
 
Their system is down after a two hour wait I got through on the phone to hear they couldnt help cause of technical issues
 

It says "down for routine maintenance" - used to be Stitch or the Dwarfs. They just made it nautical for the cruise.

Given that the phone agents have said it's down AND the app won't let you do anything, I'm inclined to believe them and erasing cookies or using an incognito browser won't do anything.

Maybe they're working on fixing (some of) the issues the update caused.
 
I keep getting this all the time lately sometimes it will go away if I refresh others it last a few hours. App seems to be having issues currently as well.

Again, if even the people on the phones cannot do anything, it is safe to assume that the system is DOWN, not a temporary glitch that can be undone with refreshing.
 
So, interestingly, the App has been working for me. I was initially going into my reservation online just to confirm our cabin # (was emailing TA). I got that message and went into the app and saw the reservation with room #. I just decided to see if the app was working for other things, and it brought up the ability to try to book activities, etc. So, might want to try to go into the DCL app and see if you have better luck.

Everything appears to be back up.

To be clear, when the reservations site was down, I was able to SEE my reservation in the app, but no activity or dining booking could happen.
 
I've been told by guest services they are trying to make continuous upgrades to the system.
However it seems to be getting worse. There are labor shortages but wait times seem to be
getting better for most except them. Yesterday morning I had to make phone calls to several
companies regarding various issues.

Time to speak to live customer agent....

Princess Cruise 10 minutes
Hyatt 4 minutes
Marriott 8 minutes

Disney Cruise Line 2 HOURS 54 minutes.

This just cannot happen when you are a forward facing corporation whose main customer is the general public. But hey just forget parks and experiences with all their issues and subscribe to Disney+. They are becoming a clown company instead of mouse company.

Funny you mentioned them because I called them last week after deciding to renew and
I got through with very little wait time if at all.

At this point (several weeks into this issue) for a company that was the model for The Standard of Excellence in Customer Service and for the customer is always right. I’m this close(imagine my fingers 1 inch apart) to wanting to see a corporate head roll down Main Street. Throw some money at the problem all ready!
I apologize for the rant, I leave in 36 days I can’t change to late dining even though that’s what we originally signed up for on Gold day, I have allergies that require special bedding, medical equipment accommodations. My daughter will also graduate from college while she is on the cruise. Thought it would be nice to have a cake. Can you imagine the line at guest services that I’m gonna have to stand in once I get on the ship?
 
Nope. Just the nature of technology. It either works great, or it doesn't.
Beg to differ. Disney has been behind the eight ball since the internet began. It all started when they decided to use .go for their company wide websites just confusing consumers even more. It's been downhill ever since so no they don't get a pass on this.

I have gotten fantastic response emailing them. This morning I even had a reply in 10 minutes. Have you tried that?
