So, interestingly, the App has been working for me. I was initially going into my reservation online just to confirm our cabin # (was emailing TA). I got that message and went into the app and saw the reservation with room #. I just decided to see if the app was working for other things, and it brought up the ability to try to book activities, etc. So, might want to try to go into the DCL app and see if you have better luck.

I have found that sometimes the app works better, sometimes the website works better, sometimes a different browser works better, sometimes Incognito/InPrivate works better...so I try them all. Disney IT really makes us work!
