Being the REBEL I was I chose not to listen to her and studied what I thought I should !! Guess what NOT one of her guesses were on the exam BUt most of mine were and I aced the exam !!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I slept through my last college final...literally. Missed it and walked in as people were walking out. Had to take it the professor's office!

I've walked in and saw the final and realized I didn't know a thing and walked out.

Oh dear!

Graduation was the next day, day after that I was leaving to backpack across Europe for the summer. So I had (naturally) celebrated the night before.

The worst part of mine (well other than realizing that beer was likely oozing out of my pores while I was taking the stinking test in his office) was then going through ceremonies and my trip, not really knowing if I'd actually passed and thus, graduated!

The odds were good as I had a 4.0 in the lab part but heavens only knows how I did on that test.

I still remember having my parents open that final report card and tell me over the phone while I was in Europe!

Talk about a bonehead move.

Funnier part is it is one of the classes I have actually used in life the most...just an old basic computer DOS elective class from back in the day.

Well that was a VERY entertaining story!! And yes I do think I would stay away from taxi's at WDW and with your story and also the one with Jordan, I think I'm going to remember never to even call one!!

But that was HILARIOUS!! And very nicely told :upsidedow

To my relief the $150 included the x-ray. There went my souvenier money, but it was well worth it. Plus we had travel insurance so were hoping to get some of it refunded.

:scared1::eek::scared1: $150 seriously????

For him to take an xray....look at you....and then give you a RX for pain pills and ABX?? WOW! My Dr seriously needs to go up on his fees!! Can I ask was this a 'weekend' trip or after hours?? I could see where that would make a difference, but still :scared1:
Now I want us to charge more and then maybe I can get a raise ;) But like you said I'm sure it was all well worth it to get the med's, but I have worked for 2 dr's now that have completely spoiled me as to how the 'real world' works.

Is this the same trip as the train trip from you know what in Spain....

Why yes, yes it was! Though that was a good 2 months later after the slept through final. I'm still not a big fan of sangria though :rotfl:

Me sleeping through a final is still mind boggling. I rarely missed class in college at all (8am art history doesn't count, I had to drop that...dark auditorium, slides...not good) even with cliff notes and certainly never a test! I think it's one of those things...when you are ultra responsible (as a general rule), when you fall from grace you fall FAR.

I did pass the test by the way, graduated on time and all that rot.

I was a bad student, but a great RA. I am surprised I graduated.

Sangria...fruity alcohol is never a good thing to overdo.

Oh my gosh, I took 8 a.m. art history too! MWF... I made an A but only from studying the pictures in the book, I went to every class but slept through them all!

Oh and Jordan...I was an RA too. No wonder we get along!

It was a saturday afternoon...somehow the insurance company contacted him at home and he met us at the office. So, I can't complain about the price.
