I wasn't going to go this week, but looked over everything again today and lunch, and ended up stopping at CVS on the way home from work.

I bought:
1 Infusium Shampoo $5
1 Infusium Conditioner $5
2 Febreze Fabric Sprays 2/$5
2 Febreze Air Fresheners 2/$5
Total Spent $20

I used:
The CVS $4/$20 coupon -4.00
An ECB for $5.00 -5.00
The b1g1 free Infusium coupon -5.00
Two buy Febreze fabric spray and get the air freshener free coupons -5.00

Total OOP $1.77.

AND I got an ECB for $5 and one for $3 for buying the Febreze and Infusium, and a bonus $5 ECB if you spend $25. (I have gotten that bonus $5 ECB all but one time since I started this last month).

Was thinking of going tomorrow to get the Olay Ribbons wash, but didn't realiize the CVS $4 off skin care had expired.

My CVS Visit today didn't go as planned.

I bought 6 Olay Ribbons at $3.99 each, so 23.94 (I wanted 7, but they only had 6) and one single serve bottle of diet coke ($1.39), so my subtotal was $25.33. I added the diet coke to get me up to $25, which I would have been at, had they had 7 Olays, and not only 6.

I used:
$4/$20 CVS coupon -4.00
$4/$20 CVS skincare coupon - 4.00
Olay $6 coupon if you buy 3 -6.00
Olay b1g1 coupon -3.99
Olay $3 coupon if you buy 2 -3.00
(Didn't think that one would work, since I got 6, not 7 bottles, but it worked)
One free diet coke coupon -1.39

This made my subtotal 2.95. Tried to use a $3 ECB, and it beeped and wouldn't let her use it. I asked her to just use it and not give me the change back, and she said she couldn't. So, I said I'd just pay (a TON of people were behind me in line by this point), but then the tax was added, so I had to pay $4.12! I don't understand how the tax works!

Oh, and I never even used the $5/$25 coupon I had, which is buy I bought the diet coke, to get my total to $25. But, guess I couldn't have used it either.

I had this problem when the coupon first came out. CVS had a sale and I tried to use it but the lady at my local CVS is mean and put me in my place. Thankfully the CVS about ten minutes from me does not care and let me use this yesterday. I think it depends on how attentive your cashiers are. It should not work but they put it thru anyway sometimes

I honestly don't know! The cashier was having an issue anyway, so I'm not sure what beeped and what didn't. If it did, he pushed them through. I know they aren't the ones in the coupon, but a couple weeks ago when they had the small bottles on sale before, they let me use them, so I used them again.

There's one cashier at one store and one at another store that will read the coupon with a fine tooth comb. One of the guys even tries to tell me I can't use the coupon unless it's on the item in the picture. I tell him no, sorry, you're wrong, get the manager, because the wording reads differently. So he decided to believe me and used it.

Honestly, some of the cashiers are so lax about things, I could probably get away with a ton of things, but I don't because I would not feel right about it!

I already feel like I'm stealing sometimes because of the awesome deals I've learned about through the CVS thread here!

I have about 15 CVSs within a 30 minute radius of my house. Sickening, isn't it? There are 7 or 8 in my city alone (Frederick, MD).

This is the best trip I've had since I started cvs'ing.
It would have been better if my store had the febreze fabric refreshers
that they showed in the ad, but the bottle was totally different.
I asked the cashier & he said the don't even carry those ones anymore
I would have had another 1.00 off Q for those if I could have gotten them for the deal.

A couple weekends ago, I had a busy week and saved all my purchases for saturday (end of the sale week). I visited 8 CVS stores in one day!

I think it was 2 saturdays ago. I posted all purchases on that thread.

I have 1 in 1 direction that I don't really care for but always seems to have inventory.

But in the other direction when I need to pull several deals together and hit a couple stores I have a circle of about 7 or 8 I can go to all right after 1 another. They are only a couple miles apart so it's like a pinball machine.....ping got that one....ping, hit the next....ping, ping, ping CVS ECB'ing can definitely be addicting. I had 2 small trips today to get the infusion & febreeze. Nothing really this week for me but I have a good stockpile going so I am kind of riding the wave right now. Waiting for next week to make some money instead of spending ECB's or breaking even.

This is where we spent today (Hampton Beach!) We're on vacation for the week!

I didn't have a great run at CVS today. Oh well. That happens sometimes. I figure with all the free stuff I get, I need to pay a little once in a while.

First, they were out of the Aquify. They said to come back Friday for a raincheck. But will I get the ECB??

Then, I got 2 warming Olay cleansers and a ribbons body wash. That put my total over $20 so I used a $4/$20 and a $4 skin care coupon. Plus I had a buy cleanser and get wash free coupon (expires today) and a $3 off 2 cleanser. The $3 off 2 cleanser one beeped. I wonder if it would have beeped if she had scanned the $3 off 2 one first and THEN the free wash coupon??? The cashier called the manager and he said that I couldn't use it because I had to buy another cleanser since I used the BOGO coupon for one of them. Of course this was after he went through all my coupons and noticed the printables. Not that I used them incorrectly, but he wasn't happy. Oh well. I didn't use the $3 coupon. Of course, as I am typing this I realize I could have used one of the other $ off one cleanser coupons I had in my envelope. But I wasn't thinking at the time. So, I ended up paying around $7 after using a $3 ECB. Oh well. The thing is I have so many cleansers and body washes that I hate to have to pay for more!!

I OWED THE MAN FIVE CENTS!! FIVE CENTS! I gave him five shiny pennies and thought someone would stop me for stealing on my way out of the store!!! This is CRAZY fun!
