CVS ECB deals - Sales for Week 7/29-8/4

I went today, but posting my purchases would require me to walk down stairs, dig through my suitcase of a tote, open my wallet, dig out my receipt, AND come BACK UP the stairs. I would rather sit here on my butt, watching tv, surfing the net, eating yogurt covered raisins and drinking diet rootbeer. AAhhhhhhh.............. Could I be ANY more lazy today???!!!

Okay I truely feel like a thief........with all of these deals/steals..........I would like to think of myself more like a modern day Robin Hood.....I do give to others (family, friends, church give basket.......and take from the rich "CVS" corp).

I did 3 trips so to speak.........I do 3 orders at same store one right after the other......making sure no line and that cashier is ready for me. So cute to see 2 of the girls/cashiers get excited to see how well I can do (not like some of the crochety ladies who snare at me for *gasp* using coupons!) One of the cashiers asked me how I find all of these coupons. I explained from the sunday paper/internet/my DIS friends and I did let her know that when she gets a bit older she will find the real value in coupons (sometimes I think this is lost on the young....although I have always been a coupon/deal lover)

1 swiffer carpet @ 10.00

Trip 3:
1 olay eye regenerist @ 24.99
1 olay definity @ 8.99
1 olay warming @ 8.99
3 pringles @ 1.00
1 hershey cocao @ 2.49

USED: 10 off 50, 5 off 30, 4 off 20, 4 off 20 skincare, 2.49 cocao, .20 Q pringles, 3 cvs Q olay eye, 3 man Q olay eye reg., 6 off 3 olay purchase, 7 ECB's, gift card 3.97. PAID OOP 0.00. got back 5 ECB Olay Regenerist, 5 ECB olay, 1 ECB pringles.

Great trips for me since literally I only spent of my own 'real' money $1.08 and got back a total of 28 ECB's. Not bad for a quick run. I was thrilled because I went into CVS know that I have 27 ECB;s to spend if I wanted and ended up leaving CVS with a total of 25 left over (that takes into account all that I spent and earned).

Now I am just waiting for next week.......or maybe I can figure out another deal that I haven't tried witht the bandaids.

Have a great night. Pamela

Today, my cashier said that I ought to teach a class on how to get tons of stuff for merely pennies at CVS!! I just laughed and gathered my stuff and went along my merry way.

I had a pleasent surprise today when I ran into CVS to get DDs insulin.. the coupon drill sargeant at my closest CVS DOES NOT WORK THERE ANYMORE! Instead there was a very nice young lady who applauded my coupon useage..

I have been 6 times this week and have been able to get in under $2 for each trip and I have gotten well over $400 in stuff. It has been a great week for me at CVS.

I have been dying to post my latest CVS run. I only go when I really think I will use the products but you guys are wearing off on me.

2.00 Coupon for the pantyliners
1.00 Coupon for the peanuts
11.00 ECB ( they let me use a 5 and a 6$ one)

Total OOP - 96 Cents:rotfl: I just about died, and I even got 2.00 in ECB back for getting the peanuts. My DH just looks at me and shakes his head.:rotfl: I wanted to ask do you guys try different things that are on sale or do you just get products that your familiar with?? I find myself putting back things that I'm not sure if I should get. Such as I had lady's Speedstick in my hand and I probably would have paid 75cents in the long run but is it really worth it to get it if your not sure it will work. Just curious:confused3

I absolutely buy things that are on sale just so I can try them. If I can get a different deodorant for .50 or free, I am more than willing to try it. The only reason I've stuck to certain brands in the past is that I don't want to spend a lot of money to try something and not like it. But if I can try for free or very little, I will do it. Anything I try and don't like can always be given away to someone. I've found some brands that I never thought I'd like at all, that I ended up loving. Plus anything free or cheap that I know I won't use (like contact solution or certain types of meds or something) I can donate when local places need things.

I'm new to this game and I have to say, I am so impressed with how all of you do. I just have one question. Where do you get multiple 4/20 CVS coupons. I got one for registering for email updates, but is there another way?

I haven't been to CVS in almost 2 weeks! But I'm making a stop tonight. It seems lately you have to purchase (2) or (3) items to get an ECB. :confused3

Hopefully next week will be more interesting for me.

Check your e-mail. This week, I have received e-mails with a 10/50 coupon and today I got an e-mail to print out each time I make a purchase for triple quarterly ECB's.

They both have my name on them. Usually they are generic coupons anyone can use.

HELP! I need a CVS sales ad! It had the rebate form for clear care contact lens stuff! Our CVS didn't have ad so I had to borrow the one they had and it never hit me! Does anyone know if I can print it off the internet somewhere? I am going to search now.

ETA: Okay, I think I got one. I printed it from their site.
