So sorry to post this question when I recall many old threads, but with the search function gone right now . . . .
I've been a wannabe DVC member for a couple of years. We own other timeshares and with our cost so low for nice off-site resorts (Marriotts, Hiltons, etc.), we just have not been able to put down the money for DVC (as well as other onsite hotels). But now that we've got a child, DH is seeing the benefits of staying onsite for our trips. We'll be in WDW in a week and a half and DH has agreed to go tour each of the DVC resorts!!! I have been watching resale listings regularly for the past 6 months or so. I'm just not really on top of the current ROFR floors for reach WDW DVC resort. Please advise so I have the #s handy during our trip as we compare resorts and compare SS's $85/pt. + 12 extra years.
