Cruise Incentive and Adding 5th Person?

Does anyone know how much does it cost to add a 5th person on the 3 night cruise when using the incentive vouchers?

3 night cruise is $75.00 per person plus the full fare for the 5th person. We are taking the Thanksgiving Day cruise (4 night $100 upgrade fee per person). All fees and the 5th person fare was $1200.00.
