Ok so I bought a Cricut machine (last Monday 8/1/2006) we I got it home I was sooooo excited
,
so I set everything and went to use it and it would not work. We (DH and I) tried everything and then I called ProvoCraft. They said that it must have been a deffective machine and the ribbon that moves the cutter across the paper was never attached at the factory, the offered to send another out to me in 5-7 days (FedEx Ground). I am now 8 days out from that and nothing. I called them yesterday and asked for the tracking number, of course they did not have it and would need to call me right back. I called 5 hours later after not hearing back and they said that they are still trying to the tracking number from the shipping department, however they should have the number by the end of the day! Well we are now on the next day, there is no phone call so I just called and was not able to talk to anyone. Sorry for the long post, just had to vent!!!!!
