Crazy question, but is there anywhere that makes an awesome crime brûlée? I saw a Passion Fruit one on the Napa Rose, but are there any other places that may offer them? Thanks!

I'm not finding any online dessert menus for Blue Bayou right now, but I believe they still have a creme brulee. They used to have a trio of three different flavors which would have been right up your alley, but they got rid of that offering :(

SonnyJane-it would've been! There is a couple of places here that offer a trio and it is yummy!

I will have to take a look at Catal, Jazz Kitchen, and Blue Bayou! We are there for seven days after all :rotfl: I'm just happy to find my favorite dessert in my favorite place! Thanks everyone :)

Blue Bayou has a yummy creme brulee! :) They had it last August when we were there and we just love the atmosphere! We went just for dessert one night on our last trip and really enjoyed it.

Yummm so glad you asked this question, I love it and my DS8 just discovered this amazing dessert. Sounds like we'll be treating ourselves at BB!

Typically the Blue Bayou does offer creme brulee, however their dessert menu is seasonally based, therefore it might not be available at the time. And their dessert menu can change without notice. So I would ask Disney dining about the Blue Bayous dessert options not long before your visit.

In response to Gisele's post, they told us that the creme brulee is not just seasonal, they have it all year. :yay: But, you can alwas call and ask :)

I have always seen this available at B B.
Information can and does change. And I'm going by what I was told by Disney Dining not long ago. Hopefully it is always available for guests that look forward to ordering that dessert.

Steakhouse 55 has an amazing creme bruele not to be missed. It was probably the best I've ever had. My DH had some too and he dosent care for it normally.

A few years ago we went to Goofy's Kitchen and they had a fantastic crème brulee French toast. It was our favorite there, but the last couple of times we went, they no longer carried it. I sure wish they would bring that one back! Also, we have been to Blue Bayou many times and every time we have ordered dessert they had the crème brulee. And that has been over the course of many years, so I think you might be in luck there. Plus you would get to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere :cool1:

So I just went to look at their menu and it says its a vanilla crime brûlée with chocolate, orange lace, almond biscotti??? Is this the crust?

Wow, that creme brûlée french toast sounds amazing!

So it sounds like having dessert at Blue Bayou is doable??? That would be great! I'm assuming I should still make a reservation?

We had that there for our anniversary just last week. Spectacular. And a huge portion that's eminently share-able. :thumbsup2

Oh those aren't a crust but a garnish of all three. Basically garnished and served with the creme brulee and I ate them all..sooo good.
The creme brulee itself is shareable as others said here and it is simply the creamiest melt in your mouth flavor..Is it December yet so I can have some..? :hyper:

I get this every time. In fact, I will just have a salad for dinner (and maybe a side of potatos) to leave room for the Bruele at Steakhouse 55.

I really do believe having the dessert at Blue Bayou is doable and it would be a good idea to make a reservation. They get really busy and if you don't have a reservation, you might not get in at the time you would like. Have a wonderful time and I know you will really enjoy that crème brulee :thumbsup2
