ShiPoo got your envie today.

Do you think this weekend will be a big drop since so many expired 4/30?

:confused3 You mean will I be sending a much smaller envie next week? I don't think so. I didn't get an envie from my sender last week because she was sick but she said there's one on its way this week. If I misunderstood what you meant, give me a shout. Sometimes I think my brain freezes up! :dance3:

Oh no, I ment do you think there will be a lot more in the newspaper this weekend since 4/30 was the expiration date on so many coupons that were out in circulation.

My envie was fine. :thumbsup2 I had actually just gone to the store for our big shop of the month and saved about $50. I thought I was doing really well and then I saw someone save almost $150 the other day. :scared: I could only hope.

I suppose it is easier to save big numbers like that depending on what you get. Now that I have been doing this for about a year and REALLY did a lot of CVSing stockpiling last summer, I have all the dish detergent, shampoo, band aids, make-up, cleaner, deodorant, etc. that I can use for a while. (I have to say that it is really hard to pass when I could get dish detergent for $.05 but we have close to 15 right now and DH said no more until we use at least 1/2 of what we have.) The things that we are getting now are either cheaper to get the store brand or don't often have coupons (dairy, meats, fresh produce-[yea for farmers markets opening] etc.). I'm not complaining because we are saving much more than we were this time last year, but one day I would do a :dance3: all the way out the door if I saved $100. It just seems like a lot of things that have been out there lately have been pet foods, cleaning supplies, or cosmetics. All things we are more than good on right now. Maybe there will be a great one this weekend that is $20 off any meat department purchase or just a $50 off your entire total. :scared1::confused3:rotfl::rotfl: A girl can dream can't she.

Have a great weekend everyone. Stay safe! Those of us in the southern states are in for one big serious storm front. Batten down the hatches and hold on tight.

Ohhhh, that's what you meant. :rotfl: I've actually learned that a lot of the insert coupons expire every three months: 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, and 12/31. I guess SmartSource and Red Plum must be on the quarter system and not trimesters or semesters!? :confused3

I came home from vacation to find 3 envies! :cool1:

Dismullins~ I sorted through and pulled out the soon to expire ones (4/30 & 5/2) and will mail those to you tomorrow and then I'll send another BIG envie on Monday with the rest!
