COunter Service Locations without CHildren's Menu?

the FAQ Sticky lists several, has anyone found others? It looks like the Lotus Blossom in Epcot WS doesn't have one. Just to clarify, does this mean my nephew can use a CS Credit to get something off the regular menu here?

My daughter got a kids meal at Lotus Blossom on 12/24. They had 2 or 3 kids meals.

She liked it.
