Could you book deluxe with recent pin?

We finally got the current pin offer for percent off rooms- problem is, there is practically nothing available! We are going Jersey Week, and the only resorts open for deluxe/villa are AKL and OKW. I was so excited to get the pin, but so disappointed in the availability!
Who has managed to score a deluxe or villa with a current pin? What are the chances something will open up?

I tried to book Beach Club with the pin I received. The best my TA could do was upgrade my room to Water View and then used the pin - saved $51 (woo-hoo). I switched my reservation to POFQ - where I couldn't use the code either. Hoping a discount comes out this week since I think I'm paying rack rate at this point even though I have AAA.

Not a pin persay, but we booked with a bounceback rate during our trip in May - 40% off deluxes. I recently have moved our reservation around and there was tons of availability at almost all of the deluxes in most room categories. Our travel dates are December 11-16.

Nothing available at the Poly for the week after Thanksgiving on that pin as of last Tuesday morning. They offered me BC but we aren't interested in switching resorts, so I didn't discuss any other availability with the cm. At least we have fd, but I'd have preferred the pin!

On Monday when I received the PIN, BW, BWV, WL VWL AKL OKW SSR, YC were available for Jersey week. On Thursday when I convinced my DBF that we should go, WL, AKL, OKW, SSR was available. we opted for CBR, even though the savings wasn't as significant it was still less than WL.
I'm wondering if a GP code comes out that's like the pin code, will that open up more rooms for that week?
