Convenient ways to bring water to the parks? Filtering bottles?

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but I got a Camelbak Groove. Can I still mix in the packets of lemonade? How do I keep it from clogging the filter?

You can't use flavor packets in a filter bottle, it just won't work. You have filter the water into another bottle and then mix.

We all carried back packs/fanny packs and just took a couple of bottles each. We never had to purchase any extra from the carts, it worked out well for us.

chiming in here, we use the Camelbaks and fill it with water and lots of filtered ice. It helps us by keeping our backs cool and it keeps us from having to seek out water and spending extra money on water.
