Does anyone know if the Moonlight Magic Characters are the same at the same theme parks in the same year? for example the characters that were at the January Hollywood Studios event this year are they going to be the same characters at the September Hollywood Studios event?

No, they are always different. There might be one or two repeats, but by and large they will be different.

Last year there were 3 MM at AK in fairly short succession and I had studied up on the map from the previous month but the characters had changed up!
