Contract faxed over - Deposit in the mail!

Whoo-hoo!!!! We just faxed over our resale contract and dropped the paperwork and deposit in the mail. In another week or two, we should be ready for ROFR. We're buying 100 points at BCV - same use year as our AKV points. I wanted the same UY just for easier record keeping on my end. However, our agent mentioned that if we had a different use year, we would have had to get another membership/member number. Is that right? If so, that's something we'll keep in mind the next time we get addonitis.

Another question - ROFR goes by the contract (price per point and who's paying what) and not the seller's original asking price, right?

We are just SOOOO excited about this - I really hope everything goes smoothly. Thanks for letting me share...
