Confirmation Screw up

I had made reservations at POR for my trip this month, and then I received my Disney Visa card. So, I called to change my reservations so I could get the better rate. I had to change my reservations to POFQ, but I never received a letter in the mail verifying the new confirmation. I had received letters for the old confirmation and cancellation of the original reservation. I called back and they said everything was fine and I asked them to send me a letter. I still have not received the confirmation by mail. That was a few weeks ago.

After reading your posts, now I am worried. Do I need to call back again and request another letter again? My trip is in 2 1/2 weeks....I hope everything is correct in their computer!

Okay I'm gonna be the odd ball....but here's my story.

I first called- booked our AS Movies room with a AAA rate...for 5 nights. Confirmation came, 100% correct. Send it $150.00 Called asked for updated confirmation...again 100% correct

DH changed our plans, I called back and extended for 6 nights...same AAA rate...Confirmation came, 100% correct

Heard about the BBY code coming out...on the phone at 659am that day- changed existing reservation to BBY code, same confirmation #...confirmation came, 100% correct.

Sent in final payment, called 6 days later to confirm payment was received, requested updated confirmation stating...received it and again. 100% correct.

I called this evening just to confirm room, paid in full, and all of my PS #'s and 100% of them were 100% correct.

I will continue to use CRO (note I said CRO, not WDW travel company) as long as they are available...never a travel agent, or online....I prefer to have a name etc. if there is ever a problem, however I do not believe there to be
