express check in and such?

There are all sorts of amenities and perks. The staff can get you dinner and show reservations, there is usually a turn down service if you prefer it, and yes there are robes and slippers in the rooms. Although I really can't speak of the rest, Ive stayed at the GF concierge, the poly concierge, and the Yacht club concierge. The Gf is still my favorite.

Billpowerrock, my favorite thing about staying concierge is when they address me by name whenever they see me. I just love hearing, "Hello, Ms. Janet. How are you doing this fine day?" It gives me goosebumps.

My favorite concierge is the AKL. And my favorite concierge Cast Member works at that resort. As a matter of fact, I exchanged e-mails with him yesterday. I can't tell you how fortunate I feel to have met someone as nice and professional as he is.

This is all my humble opinion, and others' opinions will vary, as it should be.

I REALLY want to go on that sunrise safari and from what I can tell, the only way to be able to do that is to stay concierge. My question is, can I book one nite concierge and the rest of my stay standard?

I believe that AKL has changed the rules that you must stay two nights concierge to be elegible for the sunrise safari. It is also only run on Tuesdays and Saturdays. There is an additional charge of $49.99 per adult and $24.95 per child.
